As per all the others, email after email that I have completed. Now a daily phone call asking me to register, what an experience this has turned out to be.

Government should close down SCAM companies like this but then look on the bright side, the TORIES are about to get closed down themselves !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a scam !

Now over 2 and a half years since I put in my claim. Written to them asking for a progress report on numerous occasions and no reply. Lost all respect for this totally unacceptable company.

Scam, provided all the information they’ve asked for and time again but yet they come back and ask for more. Obviously they trying to put me off yet they’ll still pursue claim and get all monies for themselves. The TV advert is a joke, avoid don’t use them

Since 2022 until today, there's no outcome or feedback from this firm. Send me foe to completed and say that they are close to pricess the claim....but as matter in fact...what bulshit !!! Now 03 MAY 2024 ?? !!!

Gutted that this company seem to be dragging this out… sending the same email over and over again asking for the same information. Was hoping that for once I’d actually be lucky and get something back like others do. But i refuse to keep finding up all my details to resend the information so looks like i won’t be receiving any compensation

They Sold my telephone number to god knows who and now I get 4-5 calls on a good day and 8-10 calls on a bad day it’s boarding on harassment I block each number and they just call with new ones from Liverpool,london,slough,Glasgow,Cardiff ect all in India I’m going to have to change my number if it doesn't stop

Absolutely Useless Company. They are consantly sending emails asking for information I have already given them. I have signed the documentation to enable them to proceed but again a barrage of emasils telling me I have 5 days/3 days left to sign. When I open the document it is totally obvious there is a signature. They are either blind or stupid. These are lawyers?????????? I would trust them to defend my goldfish, if I had one!

Bunch of clowns keep asking me for the same information over and over again they are like a stuck record, I think this is a false company just to get people's personal details for whatever reason.

I am still getting requests for all my details and to fill in a claim form. I really have lost count of the amount of time I have sent my details in to this very bad firm. I have even tried emailing them and told them I'm fed up of filling in the claim form and I've photocopied my B5c so many time it's beginning to fade. I'm not filling in this claim form again as I'm fed up with them. Nothing like their TV ad when all those people say they have got paid X amount of £'s, when nobody in reality has received anything.

I went through deisel claims I have since been in undated with marketing calls from India about deisel claims. I must have had 20 calls over the weekend. Each time I ask them to remove my details. 😡😡😡

Sent in details almost a year ago.. just keep getting emails relating to the vehicles asking me that same information I have given multiple times. It’s getting tedious now. I’ve given up responding. Seems like a data harvest. Waste of time. Don’t bother.

Gave my diselclaim 6 vehicles to deal with the not provided no correspondence in 18 months just plenty of cold calls. Knowing nothing of any emails on the vehicles in question now using Leigh Day solicitors don’t be taken for a ride by this company

Why is this scam allowed?

Constant cold calls, sometimes twice a day. They switch numbers so blocking them does not work. Asked to be removed nicely and aggressively. Makes no difference. Horrible experience, I wish it would stop!

If it was possible to give these scammers a -1000 star review I would. I just got yet another unsolicited phone call from them despite me warning them every time they phone that I will report them to the police if they do not remove me from their database. I've even had the caller get aggressive with me on the phone when I have told them this! For anyone who doesn't know, if you request to be removed from the database of a company/ scammer that phones you unsolicited, they are legally obliged to do so. These scammers have not done that with me and it seems I'll have to go further to stop them.

There is plenty of guidance on the internet on how to handle this and good guidance on how to do it in writing. Why should we have to take the time to do all that? Very annoying.
