I think this is a scam. Constantly asking the same questions, which seems to have gone on for years. Now to my horror requesting to use my vehicle as a sample vehicle, which requires them acquiring my vehicle. Wow like I'm just giving my vehicle to complete strangers to test.

These people are pointless they said I have no claim because my 30L V6 Diesel car ran on petrol.

This is a total scam. They have just written to me claiming that my 2010, Mercedes C250, CDI, blue efficiency is in fact petrol! and want me to provide further documentation confirming it is diesel; a quick check with DVLA would do it.
The whole process is complete nonsense. Beware!

Keep getting messages saying your claim is progressing when I've not made one

Keep emailing me asking for the same information again and again. Regretting ever getting involved with these people.

MyDieselClaim keep sending me a link to a form which contains a nonsensical question: "You confirmed previously that the date of purchase is 42875. Is this date different from the date of your purchase agreement?"

They keep ringing me even though I haven’t owned a diesel car. They call about 10 times a day even though I ask them not to. Very frustrating company. I block their calls and they then call on a different number.

OMG! This is horrendous!! What have we got ourselves into?? I've previously left my review and since then I've been desperately trying to get hold of them, you have to get a confirmation email or letter from them that your claim has been cancelled, before you can take on someone else, to avoid 2 bills, these people are crooks, the deadline is only 2 weeks now, please post if anyone has any luck getting hold of them and how they did it, but I won't hold my breath, I think we should all be rather worried on the outcome of this!!

They want a share of any compensation that you get but don’t want to ‘talk’ to you.

Sent me a discontinuation letter saying my car was a petrol one. DVLA details prove otherwise, and I put a lot of diesel in it whilst I had it. I’m sure that the engine would have not taken kindly to that if it was petrol.

Scam. Product doesn't work and there is no money back guarantee. They are not keeping theirs words and lieing, so please be aware!!! It is not a real company. They just scammed me. Doesn't let me to return product and not answering my emails. I am very disappointed!

I'm starting too suspect this company is one big fraud. Over 2 years into claim still asking for info, latest being prove what euro status van is. Anyone can look that up. And now told I may have to pay legal costs if I don't comply. How do we know they haven't received payments and just kept them. Trading standards and police will hopefully take notice.

I keep getting Deisel Claims calls about my 2021 registration Citroen EC4 car ... It is an Electric vehicle.

How stupid are these people ... To ring me up 4 or 5 times a week about an Electric Vehicle and how I can claim £1000's for being mis sold a deisel car.

They said if I do nothing they will continue my claim which is also ridiculous, I thought I will actively sign for them to continue ? again are they scammers ?

That is what I was told in a recent email. I joined the claim about 2 to 3 years ago. A recent email said that the defendants have reviewed the claims and my vehicle is ineligible because it contains an EA189 engine variant which is outside the scope of this litigation!! Mydieselclaim knew I had EA189 at the start - so what was this litigation all about? Apparently, my vehicle was rectified when they recalled the vehicle. However, this litigation I thought was to do with the fact that we were lied to by the motor companies saying our vehicles were eco friendly/better mpg than they were. I would not have bought the vehicle (2015) if I would have known the mpg was not as good as I was told it would be, which makes the vehicle lower fuel economy. Why did they waste my time going ahead with this claim, as I spent many hours finding and downloading all the documents for them, to then be asked many other times to do the same again! I am not happy with them. Yes the motor trade tried to rectify the problem, but they still lied to us so some sort of compensation should be given to us as I spent over the odds for the vehicle expecting the mpg to be good. I cannot understand why on earth this company is making any claims at all as most vehicles would have had the ea189 engine variant rectified, so I assume most people, if not all, that have joined the scheme will not be successful. What a waste of our time!!

How can I give less than 1 star to this company. It seems they are fake, have collected my personal information about 2 Diesel cars (almost 2 years back) and then no further details from them and no idea of the status of the claim.

I completed their 'My Diesel Claim questionnaire' over three years ago, confirming to them that I did not know whether I had an EA189 engine installed in my car or not. I even phoned them on 26th August 2021, repeating to them the same thing. Their answer was "not to worry about it, just fill their questionnaire and they would eventually inform me about it". I was also told that PGMBM was dealing with two different claims:
1) vehicles with EA189 Diesel engines
2) vehicles with non EA189 Diesel engines.
"Surely (I thought to myself) once PGMBM finds out whether I have an EA189 Diesel engine or not, they will fix me into one category or the other".
Now, over three years after I have received an email from them, stating that my vehicle is ineligible because it contains an EA189 engine variant, which is outside the scope of this Litigation. In other words, it has taken them three years to discover whether I had an EA189 engine, and the most surprising thing is that they didn't find out this information themselves, but from the defendants. This is literally what they have written to me: "The Defendants have now reviewed the claims within the Group Register individually, and unfortunately, they have objected to the eligibility of your vehicle, as your vehicle is ineligible because it contains an EA189 engine variant which is outside the scope of this Litigation."
To this day, I still don't know whether my car had an EA189 fitted or not.
How is it possible that it has taken three years for PGMBM to discover (and not through their own investigation but the defendants) that my car had an EA189 engine fitted? Why did the Defendants have to inform them about my case? Why didn't they research my case themselves from the very beginning? Why have they kept me as a client for three years? Have I been only a number? If they knew I had an EA 189 engine fitted, why didn't they include me in the claim for EA 189 engines rather than in the claim for non EA 189 engines?

Dishonest and after your infomation to probably sell. You will never see a penny, I was advised i would get £771 but then 3 weeks later told that was a mistake and now I get nothing. They just contact you by email at the begging to get all the information they need and then disappear. Scam, don't waste your time.
