The only tyre place open on Easter Saturday on the peninsula and they fitted me in. No fuss friendly even fitted the wheel and balanced for me. Will definitely use them again.

I took advantage of the 20% discount offered and was not disappointed with the tyres I purchased. Service was prompt and had my car back in less than 2 hours.

Shane and his team are reliable, honest, professional, courteous and patiently answer queries relating to the service required.
They are thorough in outlining what needs to be done and outline costs prior to the service, which is much appreciated.

Only disappointment was not informed when booked over the phone that Bridgestone is not part of the Mycar Tyre Care plan. Wasn't told until my car was completed. This may have swayed my decision, as planning travel around Australia.

Dissatisfied with car service. Issues not addressed. Oil not topped up.
Went in for a service.
Very unsatisfied.
I don't think the mycar team really looked at my vehicle properly. And the care factor was very low. Concerns I shared were dismissed and I now have to get another garage to fix issues on the car.
The team failed to identify the source of a clicking noise I had heard and asked them to remedy. They told me they couldn't hear it. I have subsequently taken the car to another garage and the clicking noise was a problem they could identify with the naked eye (and I have booked in to get fixed).
5 weeks after the service, my oil warning light went off. I took it back and the mycar team topped it up. I was surprised this wasn't done as part of the service.
