The boys at rosebud are so professional starting at the counter very knowledgeable and nice to talk to they listen to you and the guys in the workshop do a great job car is never dirty or scratched and they fix and service your car to manufacture warranty standards

The guys were amazing! Got me in, fixed it up and had me on my way!

Service at Rosebud was great. Informative and friendly. Booking however was a nightmare. No reflection on the service center itself. Took me 2 hours to book on-line. the system needs to be simplified to make it an easier experience. You very nearly lost a customer.

People were nice but they need to improve efficiency.
I was booked at 8am and was the first customer through the door when they opened.
The booking was 8 to 10am.
I explained i had a client meeting in the city afterwards and asked if they could finish sooner. I was told no but it would be ready by 10am.
I arrived at 10am. Car was not ready. It was finished at 10.15am. I was late for my meeting.

Called in mid morning with puncture and guys had me sorted in time to meet up with family for lunch. Fantastic staff and service. 100% recommendation

I paid over $500 for the service which included a coolant flush out..$160. I drove home and all seemed ok..that night i checked the car only to find a large amount of fluid on the drive and the radiator looking empty. So the next day, today, l rang just after 8am opening time and explained my concern. The responce was could i bring the car in ?? How could i do that..i was then advised that they could come and look when the workshop closes. So what do i do iin the mean time. Its now 4.53 and no one has turned up nor a voice message. Did they just forget or couldn't care..
