It was prompt . It was done very quickly once arrived with the car . Battery price was more expensive than the price quoted on other sites , but I guess the price include installation and labour cost . Overall experience. Very good

Tyre
When changing the tyre I asked about a aircon sound. They then cleaned the filter at no extra cost. I'm new to having a car so I didn't even know there was a filter nor that it needed cleaning/changing

Great ! Friendly and knowledgeable staff . Explained the process in a simple language although I didn’t have much knowledge of car . Always helpful in giving appointments.Best experience is price is reasonable and staff is very honest in giving advice. Their delivery time is always accurate which makes them so reliable with efficiency . Recommend to go to Parramatta centre . Thanks heaps staff !
