I recently attended to pick up my car…
I recently attended to pick up my car after repairs, and overall I do like this place — the team on site are always helpful and supportive. This is not a complaint about their customer service at all.
However, my experience this time was quite stressful due to a system issue. I was informed on arrival that the EFTPOS machines were not working. I had planned to pay using Afterpay, but because of the outage, this option wasn’t available and there was no alternative way to complete the payment online.
I asked if it would be possible to leave a deposit or provide ID and return to finalise payment once the system was restored, but I was advised that the car could not be released without full payment.
This situation wasn’t caused by the customer, yet it left me feeling stuck and overwhelmed with no options. I ultimately had to borrow money just to retrieve my car.
I believe management should have better contingency plans in place for situations like this, so customers are not put under pressure due to system failures beyond their control.

Great service. Needed the car by a certain time for work and they accommodated with no hassle despite having I.T issues through the day causing delays for customers. Appreciate the customer service!

I love the staff at Parramatta, always so helpful and take the time to talk me through all my options, you never have the feeling they are trying to oversell you on repairs or parts. I’m truly ignorant when it comes to my car and as she is an old gal, and so is the car! I’m so happy the staff here care.

Very good experience with Mycar
Very good experience with Mycar. No problem booking in for the log book service and a pink slip. My car is old and the tyres needed to be changed. Also additional things that I felt during driving, all taken care of. Very pleased with the service. Got everything done on the same day.
