Take my car to My Car at Kirwan all the time very excellent and awesome service..

Service was done as expected. However I did not receive a phone call to let me know the car was ready to be collected.

Every stage of my interactions with the guys at MyCar Kirwan were great. They were friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service.

I asked for a quote of the work that needed done during the services and never recived one.

Mick always looks after his customers no matter what.

Jessie was very accomodating when I called on Saturday, being part of a long weekend. My brake lights had suddenly stopped working. He told me he didn’t have any Auto electricians on site but he could have a look. After leaving my car with him it was all fixed within 2 hours. Great customer service. This was my first visit and I will be back again. Thank you Jessie. (Kirwan)

They never pick up the phone
I asked for after hours key drop pin , staff has no idea , he said manager will contact you but never heard back
Left car for servicing, normally they will call you if they find anything concerning and offer to fix on the same if possible, they called me once , and I tried ringing back 5 times, no one pick up , had to book next apt to get it fix
Left car at 8 next week to fix few things came back at 4, still wasn’t done had to wait another hour for that when I said in the morning is it ok to pick up at 4 as I finish my work at 4, the staff said yep no problem will be ready before then

The team were clear and honest. My car has been in safe hands each time.

Called about my tyre that had a thumbtack in it, they were able to get me in the next day. Very quick and easy process, did not charge me for the repair. Helpful and friendly staff

Awsome, Mick always does an awsome job and does explain everything everything.

I had a short turnaround to get a puncture repaired before I sent my car down to Sydney. Jesse at mycar Kirwan got me in overnight and the team attended to my issue first thing. Turned out that there wasn't anything to do and they sent me on my merry way! Great service and really appreciate them not charging me for the time that they took to check my tyre over.

They treated me with respect and were happy.
