Absolute rip-off and unsafe service at Kirwan branch
I spent over$1,000 here within a month for an Essential Plus Service and belt repairs. Right after leaving, my car failed an official RWC safety inspection due to split CV boots and major engine oil leaks. The mechanics worked right under the engine and completely missed these dangerous defects! When confronted, they shrugged it off and blamed it on the car being "too old". Unprofessional, lazy, and a complete lack of duty of care. Avoid this place at all costs!

The staff are so great ..they are honest fast and go out of the way to help u ...answer all your questions with out the big talk u don't understand.. problems with your car don't go past these guys ..They really are a great team ...thank u guys ...

I booked my car in for a service and from the first phone call to picking up my car I was met with wonderful customer service. Josh in particular, was very polite, friendly and communicated with me, keeping me up to date.
The team were quick and thorough with the service. Highly recommend
