Prompt service. Would have been nice to get some sort of description of work carried out to repair the tyre.

Tyre fixed but the repair ETA and comms lacking

The repaired tyre has experienced no issues for a week now, so the quality of the job is reliable.
Dis-liked:
I was informed the job will take an hour over the phone but was advised 1.5 hours when dropping off my car. Furthermore, I was not notified when the job was done. I had check in myself.
