VERY POOR CAR SERVICE
Took my car in for a service and only days later had a warning come up saying there was a charging system malfunction and to pull over immediately which was alarming as I was on a main road. I took my car to a local mechanic and he noticed both the serpentine and water pump belts were missing until he had a dig around the engine and retrieved the belts that were completely shredded at the bottom. I was then told my car had been running on just the battery and that the service I received from Mycar had been poor. I called Mycar and told them about the belts and received no apology, no explanation or any acknowledgment of the negligence and danger it caused, and to just bring the car in after giving me a quote, which I was not going to do as I have no interest in giving any more of my hard earned money to Mycar. Absolutely shocking. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

Efficient and reliable service

Key problems
Had problems with my keys and central locking system and called the centre in Broadway. I was scheduled in toght away to bring the car and keys for checking. Mustafa was a great help and resolved the issue with the keys right away.
