Order did not arrive, ask me to fill in forms multiple times and then asking me if I want replacement or refun. When I respond with refund they tell me they cannot do it and I have to fill in a form ?

This company has twice sent packages to my address addressed to a person who does not live here. After considerable conversation with them on their facebook page (email never got a reply) they say they cannot do anything about this identity theft. I gave them the order number, my address and teh name of the person on the package. I do not have an account with them.
Both packages have been returned via Parcelforce.
I am very concerned about this and am posting so that if anyone else is experiencing this they can see they are not the only person.

Took my money and no order made. Had to then make an appeal to them and finally got my order after sending evidence by then part of it was missing. Customer service were awful and kept swapping from person to person asking for the same information.
Conflicting nutritional info and no answers
I’ve used MP a few times as get sucked in by the deals. I’ve seen on a couple of products that the nutritional info differs on there site. Such as saying whey isolate has fewer carbs, but then look at the nutritional info and has more than normal protein! Prob is customer service can never answer questions and says will email an answer but never do. I asked why diet protein has more cals than normal protein but again no answer. So can’t trust them and what’s actually being put in the products.

Zeer slecht! Producten kopen kan met ideal maar retourkosten enkel alleen met creditcard. De pakketten zelf retourneren kost €16.- per pakket. Inmiddels iemand gevonden die deze retourkosten met creditcard wil betalen... Maar als je eenmaal aangegeven hebt het pakket zelf te retourneren, kan men dit niet meer wijzigen en zit je dus vast aan de €16.- of de producten zelf houden. Gebruik gemaakt van de sale maar op deze manier kom je alleen maar duurder uit.
1 ster is nog te veel voor de klantenservice.. Reageren op geen enkel bericht / platform zoals messenger enz.

Absolutely disgusting Customer Service. They keep passing me from one person to another. In my personal opinion those persons do not actually exists, I believe they use false names. They don't read previous messages. They keep avoiding direct answers. Avoid MyProtein at all cost people. They are a bunch of unprofessional rude people. I will be leaving a negative feedback on all social platforms. My experience with MyProtein is that of a great disappointment and disgust.

No delivery after 2 months
I ordered whey protein on the 1st of April, as of the 11th of May, and after 10 emails I didn't receive anything. They have a Serbian version of their webpage, but their call center is in Great Britain, so how exactly I'm I supposed to call them? Also, their customer service is god awful, and live chat never works. Also, their prices are insanely high. 0/10 Don't do business with them.

I made a number of attempts to place an order online in order to replenish my stock(s)
However, the relevant discount could not be applied (40%) via my line of work….
A huge saving to be had!!
In light of this, I made contact with MyProtein, explained the situation and advised MyProtein of the fault.
I was advised that I need to make contact with the relevant body to make them aware of the discount code error.
NO MyProtein I am the Customer and there is an issue with YOUR SYSTEMS…..do you want my businesses or not?!
I refused and stated that I would not do that and that MyProtein was required to look into the matter.
I was advised that the matter had been logged with customer services who would get back to me in 24hours once they had looked into the matter.
MyProtein did not get back to me after 72 hours so I made further contact in order to follow up the matter.
I was advised that I needed to wait seven days for the relevant update.
MyProtein believe that they are the one and only Sports Nutrition organisation in the UK and appear adopt an ayre of arrogance to that affect.
Well guess what MyProtein, ‘YOUR NOT’!!! I will take my business elsewhere.
I raised the matter with MyProtein after a week as MyProtein had still failed to get back to me.
I was told to ‘rest assured’ that the matter would be resolved immediately.
I requested that a Supervisor make contact with me as soon as possible with regards to the circumstances and the poor customer service experienced.
I am still waiting for that same contact over to two weeks later!!!
I am disgusted at the situation, the arrogance, down and outright lies provided by numerous members of staff and not to mention to diabolical customer service.
MyProtein have lost my custom.

Charged for 2x the items i ordered.
I ordered 4 items for about $160, and they charged me for 2x of each item instead of 1 totaling just over $300. Emailed to try cancel the items i didn't order. Just told to return them once they arrive with no compensation for charging me or paying for the return. won't buy here again.
