Terrible Company. Complained to CEO, no response. Tried to complain by phone, no answer. Tried to complain by email, also no response. Paid for an order, nothing has turned up 3 months later. They have stolen my money!
MESS of a CS team.
A beyond awful CS team that doesn't read previous messages. Ask you to send the same information repeatedly. 1 star review on Trustpilot is atrocious. I cancelled my order after days of back and forth and will go to Gymshark or another gym clothing provider. I didn't realise CS teams like this still existed! You're meant to help people, not hinder them. Oh and they still use Evri lol
Awful company, terrible customer service
More than once I have been charged and sent items for a subscription service that I cancelled months ago. Due to errors in their system they do not process the cancellation and their terrible customer service team refuse to do anything about it. Just get your protein from somewhere else, you're paying for an overpriced name brand who don't care about their customers.
Insist on using a completely useless courier service
Products are great and very good value for money but they insist on using Evri (used to be Hermes) to deliver and literally every time I order something they mess me around. Hence the one star review.
Not honouring sale prices
I ordered items during a sale, got a really good deal, only to then get an email claiming they've recieved the items back at the warehouse and are processing a refund, I went to the support centre to say I never recieved anything and never requested any refund as I want the products, the message was totally ignored and an automated reply sent back saying the refund is being processed. After messaging again, I was told the refund is being processed and if I want the products, just to order them again. Conveniently for them they're now back to full price. It's clear they wern't willing to honour the prices they sold the items at. Appalling.
not nice
I emailed them about how unappetising their protein breakfast wraps are and did not even get an acknowledgement. I bought 3 for £10 from iceland and they were thrown in the bin as not only did the insides look horrible they did not taste very nice
Wrong items, waiting for update
Ordered items at the start of January, delivery was quick but I was sent somebody else’s order so I was given instructions on how to send items back.
I emailed again on 16/1/23 asking where my items were as they were sending replacements out to me, was told my parcel hadn’t showed up at the depo. Checked my tracking and they’ve had it since the 11th.

I have still not received an order that was placed last week and supposedly a “next day delivery.” They had apparently switched delivery companies from EVRI to Royal Mail, without bothering to inform their customers or participating parcel shops, in this case my local
Coop. So I received a notification that this order was “successfully delivered” at this parcel shop by Royal Mail, however staff there were very rude and abusive and told me they do not, and never will deal with, Royal Mail deliveries. I explained this to MyProtein using their contact form, further reiterating that I have NOT received this item, despite RM’s claim that it was “successfully delivered” because staff at this store refuse to cooperate or even listen to my explanation. Unfortunately, MyProtein has turned into a purely money grabbing company and only use chatbots, so I keep getting the same message over and over again to my original query because no human is bothering to read customer complaints and queries. This is NOT the first time MP has messed up my order and they have never fairly compensated me for their shambolic order processing and non existent customer service. They are just happy to take your money and disappear- a scammy company that should be avoided at all costs!

Failed to deliver goods. No PayPal buyer protection. Passed from one agent to another, asking for details (delaying tactics). Went on for weeks. Offered a refund agreed to. They never sent the refund. Kept screen shots of all communications, including their admittance, that my order was LOST in transit and of causing me stress. They tried blaming the courier service. One tried on their social media also trying to get them see sende and be reasonable reminding them of thier legal obligations and warning of civil courts action. They ignored it, so one gave them a cut-off date and will have no choice than to take civil legal action, taking them to court and notifying trading standards.
No Delivery - avoid
My protein were always great but have they just taken on more than they can cope with - my order has disappeared - stuck in transit - with no help from my protein - terrible service which is such a shame from previous experiences with them. Will not want to use them again after this - with so much more choice now on the market they need to up their game

I complained via Twitter : they asked me to DM them the details - I thought this was so that they could help, but it was more an attempt to shift the complaint to private and obscure their inadequacies.
…and check this (!)… it’s laughable: Via the Twitter route, I have been DM’ing them asking for an update for over a week now, and rather than providing a substantial response… they have THREE times said that they cannot help me unless I pass security because of the time elapsed - even though it’s their dreadfully slow service that has created the lag 😂😂😂
It’s so bad you almost have to laugh.
Their team really are full to the brim of empty apologies and pointlessly futile promises of “help and support”, but the reality is far from. I have also asked them FOUR times for contact details to their elusive COO or elusive Head of CS and guess what… all four requests completed ignored!
Be VERY VERY wary when using this bunch. If you enjoy dire customer service and enjoy being fobbed off by a generic CS team - then please use them. If not - I would stay clear 👍
ROBBING COMPANY
I made 2 orders with myprotein on 30/11, for next day delivery. However the following day I received an email saying the orders had been cancelled due to a pricing error. I messaged the advisor on the MyProtein chat and they advised me that if I make one new order for the exact same order, and pay the higher amount, they will refund me the difference. This was on Monday 05/12 and I had the transcript emailed to myself for evidence. I was told to wait 3-5 working days for the refund. I waited until Friday as I had received no refund and contacted them again, they apologised and said the refunded again. I checked up again on Monday and they said yes it is definitely coming by 14/12. I have contacted them again today and they said they need to look in to it and expect some feedback in 3-5 working days. This company is an utter joke. They owe me £159.56 a refund, but they owe me alot more for the distress and inconvenience caused and spending up to 4 hours on their chat and getting absolutely nowhere. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company!

I have used them for years and they used to be the best. I can understand they have had to put prices up given the worldwide supply issues with whey but all this inflated prices but 40% discount BS has gotten insultingly stupid.
I had a monthly subscription for some whey. This month I received nothing. When I contacted them they said it was unavailable but they never contacted me to let me know and they took my money for it!! That's theft.
First and last order!
I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my goods. I've contacted myprotein who told me it's "in transit" even though i was trying to explain it's been that way for a long time and it looks lost. I ended up contacting their courier who said yes, it's lost - ask for a replacement. I have spoken to numerous staff the last few days who will not arrange a replacement as they need confirmation from the courier - make it make sense!! It's been over 2 weeks. Why can i contact the courier so easily and they can't? So now i've paid for goods i don't have from a company who's staff seem to lack the common sense to rectify this. Their customer care is shocking and i'll never order from here again.

I wish there are an option for zero star. Previously bought from local reseller, and love it. Next thing i do, order from the website due to massive discounts. BIG MISTAKE.
1. Stuck in custom. Apparently they didnt declare the items correctly hence i need to pay extra tax on it.
2. Send question to them, took ages to response and the response is all copy and paste from standard list.
3. Ask them for invoice as i need to show it to the officer at the custom (why are they not even sending invoice in the first place?) and they responded that they need 72 hours to generate the invoice and email to me.
4. Every message i send to them on average will be respnded after up to 12 hours. Basically as long as it doesnt exceed their “within 24 hr“ reply they think they are doing a good job.
5. It does look like they are outsourcing their customer service to the cheapest provider they can find.
Rip Off
I used to use My Protein all the time but their prices are just ridiculous. They inflate the price then give u a discount, there’s no way I’m gonna buy at £52 for 500g of EAA, or £35 with the discount…..it was £35 standard about a month ago so why did it go up to £52…..oh yeah so u can give us a discount and make it look as tho it’s a bargain, well it’s not, nothing is on your site, get better stuff at a cheaper rate on bloody Amazon and that’s saying something 🤣🤣🤣

Really wish I could give lower than 1 star. Similar to other reviews my order hasn't arrived, I was asked to complete a form (twice) detailing so & nothing has happened 5 weeks on. I have been a customer for years and this is the first issue I have had. But based on the appalling service and these reviews I am looking for alternative suppliers.

I love my protein products but I can’t stand their delivery.
It says about 7 days delivery, but EVERY time I order, it’s over a month for the delivery and all the customer support can say is it’s on its way.
Super bad service from such a big company.
If you can find an alternative, it’s not worth waiting a month for your delivery
Sent me out of date tablets - check yours
Sent me out of date tablets. Check the bottom of the tablets for expiry date! Don't be fooled into thinking they have checked and made sure. Also still no response to ask for complaints procedure and speak to a manager about previous issue, since July (5 months and counting!) Still told to wait 5 days for a reply even though I've waited 5 months so far! Still not given me the £5 goodwill they promised either! Customer service is nonexistent!!! Makes me very angry.
