Long Eaton has long been the heart of the UK upholstery industry and this heritage means we get to work with the best craftsmen in the business. We deliver most items within 2 working days, but heavier and bespoke ones can take a bit longer. We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. We hope you’ll enjoy shopping with us.

Just rang to chase up delivery again. To be told it will be here next Friday. Very poor. No mention of discount or store credit. I could have sent one of my own vans up there quicker. These chairs better be amazing. Im past caring now. Don’t even want then anymore. Trouble they have caused they were supposed to be a gift. Joke.

So the time was booked 8-10am and they arrived 10:20am, outside their time. when i got emailed that i needed to pay for delivery, when they called me bart was very rude said it was common sense for me to know this slot was estimated, when i challenged him on his rudeness he said it was "my opinion" so no delivery, no customer service, no accountability. please avoid.

Although the delivery arrived slightly outside the estimated delivery window, our delivery team sent a message on time, 30 minutes before arrival and also attempted to call. However we were unable to reach you and nobody was available at the property to receive the order.
As a delivery attempt was made, the re-delivery fee applies in line with our delivery policy. We remain happy to rearrange the delivery.
UPDATE: As a gesture of goodwill, we arranged a second delivery attempt and reconfirmed the delivery slot with you in advance. Unfortunately, when our team attended, nobody was available at the property and our attempts to contact you by telephone again went unanswered. We remain happy to assist should you wish to rearrange delivery.

Quick delivery well packaged look absolutely beautiful, well made, instructions could have said to put up the two side brackets first before the middle one, would have made it a bit easier for us. We bought two extending ones so when we came to do the second one we knew what to do and did it in about 15 minutes.

Ordered some dining chairs, changed my mind 2 days before delivery was scheduled, called to change order to different chairs, couldn't be more helpful. Refund in bank following day. Chairs delivered the day after.
