Backed this company literally two years ago. A mountain of empty promises and lies. Terrible communication. No product. Lost major features. Zero response to anyone. STAY AWAY

UPDATE: IT'S BEEN 3 YEARS NOW. This company keeps saying that they have shipped everybody's rings and they are all in the mail but that is absolutely not true. Everyone that has received one has complained about features not working, cases not charging, and rings falling apart and fading literally after days. 4 months ago this company promised refunds to people that they never sent even after filling out two different forms. It's nothing but lies over and over and there's plenty of proof of it on all of the forums. Please do not believe any of the responses from this garbage company

People enter a crowd funder hoping to support something good, or maybe it just doesn’t happen.
Well this has been continual lies not delivering, removing questions from the group, paying people to make out they have a ring. And after all the lies and failings, they are still pushing to sell this ring, it is a total sham run by charlatans.

The Ring will NEVER COME
I AM A FIRST ROUND SUPER BACKER AND the chances we are getting our ring or money back are SLIM to NONE!
The company doesn’t communicate truth fully so there’s not much to say besides did like my money back and don’t invest

I’d like to give zero star if possible as so many excuses on shipment delay.
Disappointment just like thousands of others.
Rings were supposed to ship out by end of 2023 (as the company claimed) but no sign of shipment status whatsoever until today.
It was too bad they continue to drag you and made meaningless promises.
Tried to dispute with credit card company but it was over their dispute time period.
Tried to resolve it with Indiegogo but no use.
That’s a USD325 worth and so much of disappointment…

I would have given zero stars if applicable. Genuine scam. Big promises, zero deliveries and all the main features missing from the final product. Get a $20 ring from Temu instead, and hey, they will deliver!

Absolute horrible company! Zero communication. Not keeping any of their promises related to product features, shipping timelines etc. Consistent censoring of their product group pages that blocks any sort of negative comments or feedback and only allows positive feedback to remain. Consistent promise of shipping timeless that are broken every single time. Consistent promise to communicate better and after each promise they communicate less! Steer clear of them and never buy anything from them!

Leaving poor reviews when you participate in a Kickstart or crowd funding program is ridiculous. Wait for the product to arrive and rate the commodity itself. You participated in an idea. Grow up! YOU chose to take the chance now live with YOUR decision! I've been waiting well over a year and understand how this all works and understand that the idea may NEVER go to production. Know the risks before investing.

By far the BIGGEST SCAM I've ever fell for.

This is a SCAM. Plain and simple. Don't be fooled. They'll take your money and run.

They're based in India - basically a different take on your classic indian phone call scam.

As everyone else has mentioned, take your money yet no product exists.

Do not purchase, I cannot belive they are still trying to sell products.

Extremely Disappointed - No Ring, No Communication, False Promises

I purchased a Muse Smart Ring over a year ago and, to this day, I have not received the product. The communication from the company has been appalling—virtually nonexistent. On the rare occasions they do respond, it’s the same empty promises: “We’re working hard to get it to you.” Yet, there is no tangible progress or updates.

To make matters worse, I recently discovered that some of the key features they initially advertised have been dropped. It feels like they’ve run out of money, as they’ve now resorted to launching another campaign on Indiegogo nearly a year later to secure more funding. This is highly concerning for customers who have already paid.

Adding insult to injury, I even paid extra for shipping, and still, I have nothing to show for it. This whole experience feels like a scam. I cannot recommend Muse to anyone—avoid at all costs!

Very bad execution, not trustworthy and non transparent communication. Overcommit on delivery and hadn’t hold a single promise. Supposed to ship the ring about 2y ago. They still promise it being sent asap but lost trust it will ever happen.

I strongly advise against supporting Muse Wearables. They promised an innovative smart ring, but all I’ve received are empty promises. While some backers did get their rings, Muse secretly removed key features like haptic feedback and the rotating payment functionality—features that were central to their campaign.

The company has repeatedly lied about delivery timelines, stringing backers along with excuses. To make matters worse, they actively delete negative feedback from their Facebook group, silencing genuine customer concerns.

This has been an absolutely awful experience. I regret trusting them and cannot recommend Muse Wearables to anyone. Steer clear!

0 stars smart ring failed and then took away key features before it launched. Poor in communication to their customers. Complete scam artists. Buyer beware.

1+ million stolen found and thousands of deceived supporters. Run, run as far as you can from this company.

I have been waiting for 1 1/2 years since my order. They have not reached out, they have scrapped features without saying anything, and there is no update on when, or if the ring will actually be ready.

Ware per Nachnahme bestellt. Anstatt einer Lieferung gab es eine Aufforderung in Vorkasse zu bezahlen. Habe ich nicht gemacht, dafür ist die Seriösität des Unternehmens zu gering. Das ganze wirkt wie ein große abzocke.

This is just a scam, no ring was ever or will it be delivered

0 rings, 0 communication, just got their money and did not care about rest..
And now, almost year later, they have shipped 2500 rings! Congratulation! This is amazing, few years later, they already shipped few rings...
You not learned from your mistakes as i can see on your updates...
No thank you, for this price we can get much better rings now...
