Dec. 2025, Product came 1.5year later than anounced, but it finally arrived and after 1Month of usage, it is at least still working.
But the measurement algorythmens are still beta and the measured data often far from reality. Only featue which is relayably working is the payment feature which I use almost daily.

At first I never believed that I will receive this, at first it was difficult to work out how the charging works. Until I received a video call from the team and they guided me through. The ring is as expected and it was easy to link bank accounts to it. All I can say is kudos to the team and be patience with them, there response time is amazing and don’t be rude as it will not get you anywhere they are small team with over 80 thousand orders.

Muse has been listening to me & developing minute changes to improve their device. Their recent support to replace my ring set due to some issue was really the best a company can do.

They had some issues with production and shipping timelines, but overall I am satisfied with the product (Ring One) that I received. It looks good, the build quality feels great and the measuring of the health metrics seems to be in right in line with my health history. I would recommend this company.

Superbaker, ring arrived later then expected but this is what happens when you back a project of this nature early. Since receiving my ring I have had a few tracking issues that were swiftly fixed with firmware updates. Every time I have had a question of issue the team at Muse were quick to respond and want to help fix any issues.The app is good and works well,I would buy again and recommend to others.

Never arrived. Its a scam

Excellent choice for a wearable with a unique global payment function

I have the Ring One that I backed on Indiegogo a couple years ago. Expected it to be delivered sooner than it was, but it was worth the wait for the production to begin.

Very stylish all titanium rose gold, fits comfortably, tracks sleep, stress, activity, steps, heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, skin temperature, and a couple other things in Beta, like blood pressure and oxygen saturation.

As with any product, there have been challenges with certain readings not showing at times (in the early days), but Muse Support has been able to help resolve any issues and now everything seems to be smooth sailing.

NFC payments have been a charm, I tap my ring to enter the train station, to fuel up my car at the gas pump while wearing gloves, in the convenience store, or in the gym while not carrying my phone or cards - been a huge convenience.

And the looks on people's faces when I just extend my hand to the payment terminal, they think I want to shake their hand or grab the goods I've purhcased, but I tell them 'this is how I pay', and they can't believe it.

It's been fun. I'm very happy with my purchase and would strongly recommend.

Ring design looks elegant and royal in comparison to other rings.
Features are still in progress but I think you will deliver as per my earlier experience.

Got their Ring One smart ring. It was created with a crowd funding project. The start of the project was very rough, primarily due to the lack of communication, and long delays.

After finally having received the ring, the experience turned into a pleasant one. The app and the firmware got updates that improved the product. Missing features like the NFC payment were added. Overall, using the ring is very comfortable and a lot of fun.

To mention is the very good technical support. They help with good reaction time. When I had battery problems with my ring, they got a replacement to me without hesitating.

No more struggling to get phone out or watch from under coat or card from purse. Just tap. It’s brilliant gym or swim it’s a winner.

The payment feature is big. It (and the other features of RingOne) works great. I use it all day. Would recommend the ring to everyone and would definitively buy it again. And no, I am not related or paied by Muse.

I do like many of the options the ring one has, even in beta testing like the BP measuremnts. I am looking forward to when we can us it to pay, that feature in the US is not available yet.
I don't like the fact it cant tell when one is exercising and you have to tell the ring that you are.
I am not sure how accurate the sleep data is either.

Unique look versus the other rings which I find it super cool !

With the recent updates, my ring’s performance has noticeably improved and the design is sleek

The Muse Rine One is amazingly wonderful in-terms of Hardware Ring, Sensor Readings and from Software App in IOS. I am very happy and satisfied with the Performance, Stability, Ruggedness and Constant Support. The company is doing good research and development on the Product.

OK it took an age to get the item but it’s beautiful and it works. I have a watch for steps and sleep but this ring does blood pressure, body temp (my watch is old) and you can pay for things! It also looks great. (Tiffany thing going on)

I got their ring one and it's the biggest piece of garbage. Super uncomfortable to wear, thick, feels like cheap plastic, app is terrible and the metrics are horrendous. They are already planning an updated ring when they have barely delivered the one they promised years ago. Don't trust this company. You might as well just flush your money down the toilet if you support this company
