There are no positives to this company. They straight out take your money and no product ever arrives. I waited 2 years and was promised a refund in July. It's now November and yet again I've been promised a refund by the end of the month.

I have purchased their Ring One years ago. They send some out that don't work and talk about future upgrades, but they also say there is no money for refunds. They don't respond to messages, constantly over promise without delivery. I don't understand how they are a functioning company. I still have no ring as they promised.

A total scam. No delivery, no refund, nothing. Stay away.

I became a backer back in October 2023 based on the look of the ring but also the functionality. No other ring on the market combines both fitness tracking and NFC functionality like payments.

I appreciate that it's been a long road to receive the ring, and there are a few disgruntled backers out there, but I'm sure there have been lots of learnings along the way for Muse.

When I back a product via crowdfunding, I expect to be in for a journey rather than a usual e-commerce experience and this has been no different.

Sure, communication could have been improved but at the same time it became clear that a lot of backers were inexperienced in what to expect when it comes to crowdfunding, possibly due to the attractiveness of the product itself.

I've been incredibly lucky to help beta test the payment functionality of the ring, and I must say it's been seamless.

The ring itself is quality, looks as attractive as it does in the pictures and functions well. I'm a techy at heart and this ring offers me everything I could ask for. I'm sure once the algorithms have been sorted this is going to be one of the best (if not the best) smart ring on the market.

A shout out to Abhishek and Saksham who have the unenviable role of trying to satisfy the less understanding backers and act as a public face for Muse.

Can't think of a single positive thing to say:
1. Yes, it was delayed 2 years and communication was terrible
2. The CEO promised a refund to super backers > more broken promises
3. The product was sent to me despite requesting a refund...now to the product
- Terrible!
- step counter is ~25/30% wrong vs my apple watch & phone
- Sleep tracker is useless - Says I went to bed at 8pm...wrong by 2.5hrs and the data for sleeping is also completely wrong
- bugs with the fitness tracking
- no nfc or blood pressure as promised
Bottom line - none of the data is accurate and the company never responds to emails/messages + many broken promises.

Do not buy this product - big waste of money.

I received it today. Looks good, but the connectivity with the app kinda sucks and it’s not in real time. It’s not really logging everything well.

Hope they fix it, cause right now it’s kinda crap.

Has any real person received their ring..bs the whole way.
We have been asking for our money back for years..did anyone get their money back.
Total Hoax and Scam

After 18 months of updates from the company telling me how they are getting on with production of the ring and even providing photos of the process and tooling and how they are overcoming the obstacles, then to have an update telling me that they are shipping to local family and friends first then to the rest of the backers is completely unacceptable. I have even emailed them directly only to receive reassurance that they will be shipping soon but have never seen any shipping or tracking info. My last email to their support people was 4 weeks ago where I requested a full refund as they have failed every milestone that they said they would or changed the milestones because of issues has left me out of pocket and no ring. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is a scam. Ordered my ring over two ago and have still not received it. They have even stopped updating people. The sad thing is that Indiegogo are still taking orders even tho they’ve never delivered any rings. Do not fall for it.

2 years of nonsense excuses with no delivery of product. And they are continuing to sell it, this practise should be hugely illegal. Avoid this complete scam.

This was clearly a fake campaign, this product never existed and will never.
They took millions, and carry on selling deals on indigogo, without any control from the platform.

Scam-IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 YEARS SINCE WE PLACED OUR ORDER FOR 2 RINGS..NOTHING HAS COME AND NO COMMUNICATION..SCAM..DONT BUY FROM THEM

I dont understand what the fuss is all about. if you are backing a project on kickstarter then you take the risk that the project may not happen or if it does happen maybe not the way that project owners envisaged it to be. Thats part of the fun of kickstarter.

These guys made a pitch of a dream, thought they would be able to deliver. We backed the dream and now complaining that we are not getting the ring... not cool

Order two dresses from November 2024, sent several emails regarding my order. I got one response apologising for the delay and their lack of response. Never heard from them again and no dresses, I wish I had read their reviews I would never had brought anything from them. I will be contacting my credit card to get some advise on getting a refund. Please read reviews before buying from these website, I made a very expensive mistake.

Took my money without issue however has never sent a product and stopped responding. I am unaware of a single person receiving a product yet.

Initially company provided regular updates on why the product was delayed. After the first year of delays the updates got less and less. Last update was 3 months ago and contained no real information. Lack of activity in forums have left backers to assume the worst. Almost 2 years I believe since start and appears not a single US backer has received a ring yet. Either the company is dishonest or terribly inept. Communication is the key and going dark is the worst option outside of just admitting it was a failure.

Understand a start up but false and blatant disregard for having everyone’s money and living through the whole process. I certainly understand manufacturing as was in an industry for 40 years with R&D design. How dare they. They have NEVER been honest about any part of the process and i sure we will never see product. We all trusted. How do you get your money back?? How do they sleep at night..no morals and the CEO should be accountable…

Someone posted that people should rate the product but, hey, most reviews on this system are about a company, their support and behaviour. Having said that, this business exhibits a disturbing lack of ethical standards and professional integrity. Their apparent inability or unwillingness to manufacture the goods they collected funds for suggests either gross incompetence or deliberate deception. The one star rating is purely the time involved here but more importantly the communication and misinformation pushed by the project owner. No professional ethics and no communication skills surely merit a definite one star review.

Scam of a company. They've been promising delivery of their ring for over a year now. So many blatant lies over the course of the last year. I was lucky to be able to get Amex to refund my ring purchases - I sent them evidence of the constant lies and was refunded with zero trouble. I suggest anyone looking at this company's products go by literally anything else. Even if they did eventually ship a ring, I have setup confidence it would work, and even less confidence in them keeping my payment and health data secure!
