My husband loved the U2 cassette mug! The image was clear and rich in color and the mug itself is large and quite hefty. Such a unique, nostalgic idea and the quality is first rate. Very happy overall with the purchase and would highly recommend!!

I have been trying to get in contact with them for other 3 weeks now about how they sent me the wrong item. It was taking them 4 business days to respond and then they just stopped responding all together. Avoid at all costs

The mug came quickly and the quality was great. It's a great nostalgia piece and could not recommend more.

I bought the Smiths cassette mug for my Dad for Christmas. It is a unique item and he loves it!

I ordered a phone cover and a mug, they were both delivered quickly and I am totally happy with their look and feel.

Ordered 3 mugs for family members with very different musical tastes. They arrived in a timely manner, were well packaged, and looked great. They were a big hit! Highly recommend 👌.

Ordered mugs on December 2. About a week before Xmas, I noticed that they were still showing "label created," but had not moved through the system. I reached out to them via email and via social media. They responded, offering to trace the order and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement.

Well, somehow the items then miraculously showed up and were in the next town over!!! They ended up arriving on 12.23, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality! Yes, I sorta wondered if they would be mugs with actual replicas of cassette cases; no, they were just pictures of the spines of cassettes. But for my DeadHead friends and for me, the Prince fanatic, these were WONDERFUL gifts, and they were only received on time because the folk at Mtervodesign started tracing the package. I know some folk have been frustrated with them; they are a small business and may not have a large staff, but they were polite and responsive, the products are AMAZING, and I would absolutely purchase again. Give them a shot; they're a small business!

I ordered 2 mugs in early December 2025. I received notification that the sender used counterfeit postage and that the mugs were seized by USPS—which to me is also a scam by the post office who will then sell the undelivered mail…I’m waiting to see if I get the product or a refund of my money.

I ordered 5 mugs for Christmas on November 19th, emailed on shipment, no response for a few days then it said counterfeit postage because it sat too long at the post office and was lost in transit, finally received my 4 mugs, now I’ve been emailing them for my money back for the one I didn’t get! Horrible experience!!!! Probably won’t ever see my money! Will never order again!

This site is a total scam. Do not buy from them. They will collect your money but you will never receive the product. Not coincidentally, they don't offer a refund. I ordered something on 11/21/25, it was supposed to arrive by 11/28/25 and it is now 12/27/25 and I still haven't received it. Total scam, buyer beware.

I bought seven mugs for gifts and they all look really great, although I've got a feeling that they should only be hand washed and not put in the dishwasher. My only real complaint is that they arrived about 10 days after the initial email and tracking info said they would.

I ordered a Queensryche 15oz mug from them on 12/15/25, checked the tracking information and it says the package was seized because the seller used counterfeit postage. I had to work with my bank to get the charge disputed and was refunded. ALWAYS look at the 1 star reviews, you will see tons of other buyers have had the same issue. I reported them to Shopify as well.

Bought a mug and phone cover. The quality of both is good, BUT the pictures on the ads are positioned so the mug looks black. ( which it should be) but it’s white, the handle and interior is black. There’s a large ugly band of white behind the handle that could hold two more lines of albums…it would look much better black.I also bought a custom phone cover where I chose the albums, I specifically listed the albums in the order I wanted, but they did it randomly, hiding my favorite behind the camera…unreadable. Quality and fit was great.no issues with ordering or shipping before Christmas.one other note: this company has music groups like classic country, hip hop, metal, that can place up to 120 albums on a cup! But no classic rock with 120 albums….missed opportunity…oh, and silence from customer service when I emailed them..

Add on.jan 6. Finally did have a customer rep reach out and ask some questions. No offer to replace anything, but would look at my concerns…

Se potessi dare zero stelle, lo farei. Le foto sul sito sono fuorvianti e assolutamente non fedeli alla realtà. Ho acquistato una tazza perché sembrava che le cassette fossero in rilievo, un’idea originale e particolare. Il prodotto non è assolutamente quello mostrato nelle foto, la grafica è semplicemente stampata e neanche di qualità, dal momento che è storta e sfocata.

I received my mug in a timely manner. The quality was very good and I’m very happy with my purchase. My only issue is all items didn’t come together.

Ordered a mug with The Cure, didn't know if they were shipping to Denmark, customer service told me, that there were no problem. Then I ordered the mug, and it came with no problem and it is a awesome mug

The mug I ordered was custom-made because the design I wanted wasn't available. I had Richard Marx Cover put on my mug... And the mug turned out really great... It did take a while for it to arrive, but it was just in time to be my own Christmas present... I would order another mug anytime... Thank you...! ❤️
