Ordered 2 mugs and it showed 2 different shipping dates but only 1 tracking number. 1 mug arrived, the other is nowhere to be seen and I'm currently 3 emails into this with MTervoDesign without a single response. These products shipped from China just so everyone is aware of the country of origin. Very nice product but horrible customer service and shipping procedures.

They are just as described, good quality, not sure how they will hold up after being used multiple times, but are nice looking to start. Shipping came in a reasonable amount of time and packaged very well so they wouldn't break.

Good quality product - as per the advert - I was concerned about some negative reviews and also the likelihood of my order arriving in France because of the low delivery cost. However it did arrive and before Xmas, and with no problems and was very well received !

Have a great selection and my son loved them! Nice quality and unique for music lovers.

I ordered a mug and a shirt from this website, and while the mug arrived fairly quickly, the shirt was missing. This was surprising because both items were listed under the same tracking number, thus they should've arrived together. Well it turns out that while the mugs are shipped from California, the shirts are shipped from China, which would be a good thing to know before ordering. It's also illegal to list two separate parcels under the same shipping label so I don't know how they can get away with that.

Basically a whole lot of headache could've been saved if they were transparent/gave me the correct shipping information in the first place. Not a scam necessarily but very scam-esque.

I ordered 3 retro mugs. Never delivered. Tracking says they were taken by USPS for fraudulent shipping. My credit card statement reads Hong Kong as the company.

I believe this site is a complete scam

Mug was siezed at the post office for counterfeit postage. Have wrote several times to the company with little to no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Good mug. Was a hit as a gift to my mom a huge Zeppelin fan, at Christmas. Shipping took longer than expected but arrived in time.

The first delivery was returned (my fault), but MTervo managed to get another sent out FOC, and it arrived just in time for Xmas! Great customer service, and my wife really appreciated the Depeche Mode mug!

Ordered and received two John Mayer cassette mugs for my wife and daughter. They both love them. Quite a unique gift I was happy to discover on Insta. Due to the time of year the order took a little while but worth the wait.

This mug looks great and is a great idea for any music fan

Original order arrived damaged. Mtervodesign replied quickly and replaced the damaged items promptly.

This place is a scam. Placed an order 12/9 and nothing...been "out for delivery" since 12/11. Also zero customer service.

When it Eventually, we arrived. It was fine. It looked just like the pictures, even though it does seem a little lower quality as far as the actual mug. It’s quite small.

My issue was with the communication from the company, as well as the shipping.

I ordered this in November, and was given a delivery date of December 3 originally.

December 3 day changed to the 18th, then to the 19th, then to the 22nd and the product was finally delivered on the 23rd.

I was not notified of these changes are the delays. I only found out because I kept tracking the item and kept reaching out to the company. At the end of the day took a month for the product to arrive., so if you have need for something from these people, keep in mind that it could take quite some time to arrive.

Also, if you do reach out to them, you can expect a response within one to two days, but that response will also be either an AI bot, for someone who provides very little value. Basically just saying thanks for your patience and reiterating What’s already on the tracking information.

There is no effort in helping, investigating or customer service of any sort.

At the end of the day, my product did arrive before Christmas on the 23rd, so it was not a complete bust, can’t give them a higher rating, because they do not want unsuspecting people think that these folks are doing a good job with their shipping and customer service.

USPS just emailed me letting me know that the postage on my package was counterfeit and so it has been confiscated and WONT be delivered. And that I should reach out to merchant or bank to request a refund. I’m so disappointed.

I bought my wife a Green Day coffee mug and she loves it! The packaging was perfect to keep it from getting busted up during the busy holiday shipping season, and the mug made it in time for Christmas. I'm very pleased with my purchase!
