Great company and product! My “Punk Rock Wife” loves her new coffee mugs. The Ramones and Punk Rock 3 cassette mugs were exactly as pictured. Very responsive company as well. Had a question when only one mug arrived and they promptly emailed me back with the tracking info.

As others are also now finding out, this is a scam. I'm guessing there was a shipment sent out, just to keep those who made purchases at bay a little while longer while they reel more people into this scam. The website has a US address but the shipment left from China.

I'm even doubting TrustPilot now with all the glowing 5 star reviews. Those can't be real.

UPDATE JAN 2026: After weeks of "mis-sort" and "attempted delivery" updates on the tracking site, the mug was finally received but was the wrong one. Because of this I'm bumping the review up from 1 star to 3 stars. Extremely slow shipping and incorrect product is not a good look. If I do receive the correct product I'll provide an update.

No offense, but €30 for a mug is exagerated. It’s not the worse part. Why would you call the mug « accent mug » if it’s simply printed? It does NOT have the feeling of a cassette, and it is not accented/3D. It’s simply printed (and very blurry) on a simple white mug. Do not waste your oney in this. I waited 2,5 weeks just to receive a printed mug I could easily personolize myself.

Fast delivery and exactly what I was expecting.

Had an error during shipping. Customer service was very kind, cooperative and helpful! They were able to correct the error and I received the correct items that I ordered in a timely manner.

Placed an order for a coffee cup. Communication is poor. They never shipped my product. I had to cancel transaction through bank.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER. Has a WY address, which is fake. Website is based in Vietnam. Total scam.

I purchased this to give to my husband for Christmas. When it arrived, I was so excited that I couldn’t wait. I gave it to my husband and he was absolutely thrilled!!

The mug is very high quality and it looks as good in person as it appears online. It brings back great memories every time I use it.

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a mug as a gift and the shipping kept saying delayed. Received an emailed from them after inquiring about my order that it was held up at USPS because they were claiming it was counterfeit postage. Claimed they were sending me a new one but asked to be refunded. They did comply with that! USPS site suggested getting a refund as well because it was counterfeit postage. So my assumption is that if a post office allows the fake postage to go through, you may receive you item(s).

I love this stuff! I actually ordered four mugs, one of which was a custom order and they all came out so great! But I also ordered a custom album cover toss pillow and it came out fantastic! Very detailed image of the album cover, bright, vivid colors and the image is just as soft as the rest of the pillow, not hard, stiff and scratchy like some other screened pillows can be. Really amazing print and finish on the pillows. I would highly recommend both of these products and remember that if you don’t see your favorite band, artist or album cover listed on the site, they can custom make what you need and it will come out great. I’m really impressed with the quality of the products and when I had a question and reached out to customer service by email, they responded quickly with all the right info and answers to my questions. Thank you for that! Go ahead and order something. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a SCAM!!! Would give a ZERO. Placed an order a month ago and no delivery. Very odd shipping that is confusing. Customer service does NOT exist - standard responses are sent and you are just in a loop. Please DO NOT BUY.

Ordered a month ago,,, Mug never arrived! When I checked the tracking number it is stuck in Washington state for the past two weeks… THIS ID SCAM COMPANY!!

Scam alert! Ordered two mugs with expedited shipping in early December and more than two weeks later no sign of them, they haven’t shipped and no response from the company. I posted a verified review on Judge.me site but it was removed. Stay away!

Awesome concept! Fast turn around regarding ordering and shipping! Serious lag time for delivery...tracking was slow....no fault to MT. Customer service was responsive but seemed overwhelmed. Mugs look fantastic!

So happy with my order, I got the Pink Floyd Cup and was so pleasantly surprised with the quality. The recipient of this present will be very happy. Delivery took a bit longer than I was expecting (I didn't realise where it was coming from, I'm in Ireland) but saying that it's December and most deliveries are delayed. Highly recommended 👌

Never got my order, tracked it and it showed it was confiscated due to false usps number. Then a week later it showed moved and they wouldn’t send a new one out when it all started 12/01 I ordered 11/23. On 12/14 I reached again and they’re asking me to be patient instead of shipping another.
Promised in 10 days. It’s now been 5 days short of a month.
