Bought a mug from them for Christmas. USPS just sent me this:

The package associated with this tracking number was found to bear counterfeit postage and is now considered Postal Service property under USPS regulations and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant and/or your credit card company, as applicable, to seek a refund or other available recourse.

I ordered a mug for my husband for Christmas but received the wrong one! However, I emailed them -- and although it came after the holidays, the correct order eventually arrived, and my husband loved it.

Unfortunately, my package was delivered and stolen within an hour. However, Mtervodesign’s customer service was responsive, supportive, and incredibly helpful in arranging a replacement shipment. I’m very grateful for the assistance! The product is absolutely lovely, and I’m excited to gift it to my dad.

Scam Company-Don't waste your time

I purchased an item that was *supposed* to be a Christmas gift. It was then seized by the USPS for counterfeit postage and would not be delivered. I then did a Chargeback through Paypal and received an email that the package was still coming and to undo the Chargeback (never do this btw). 2 weeks after Christmas and I still don't have anything and the item is still supposedly going through the USPS system. Don't purchase.

The mug arrived with a broken handle. I notified Mtervodesign and they sent another one immediately. Their customer service is outstanding and I would definitely order from them again.

I gave it as a christmas to my boyfriend and my coworker. They loved that it was a personable gift.

Got the item in perfect shape when mailed to me and got it for my wife. She was thrilled to see her fav band and all the albums on a cup! Def the highlight for christmas. Thank you! A++ Seller

The amount of unique products they have was great! Definitely will be ordering more gift from them! The website was easy to navigate and the delivery came earlier than expected, which is always nice during the holidays!

Never received product as it turns out product was shipped using counterfeit postage. Ridiculous. Customer service was zero help and now I see why. Don't order from this company!!!!

Scam! This company is scamming people and will not respond to emails. Purchased a cup and they are using counterfeit postage. I had to look this up after the post office alert this on my tracking number. The item is "Seized by USPS for Counterfeit Postage". After talking with the post office the item will not be delivered. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered this for my wife for Christmas, it came on time and was the perfect personalized gift. She loved it.

Ordered 2 mugs, they are gorgeous and look exactly like pictured! Highly recommend.

New Favorite Mug
It looks great, exactly as advertised. My wife loves it - her "go to" mug every morning. I ordered very close to Christmas and it arrived on time - thanks to eveyone at MTervoDesign for making that happen. Would highly recommend and will order more.

Mugs came very carefully wrapped and survived re-shipment internationally. I would agree that hand washing makes this kind of design last longer.

Kinda bummed they didn't offer a Thomas Dolby mug or I'd have bought one more.

Never received item due to USPS seizing package due to fraudulent postage. No response from company when emailed them. Had to file a dispute through my credit card company. Apparently this isn't an isolated incident after reading other reviews of this company having packages seized for fraudulent/fake postage.

Mugs came on time, in good condition, fun ideas. No complaints!

I had a great experience using this company. As holiday gifts I had three unique mugs made up. All three of them came out perfect and were shipped well packed and timely.

I ordered three mugs. One had two big chips in it. Another had a scratch. I ordered them for Christmas and was highly disappointed. Tried to get a refund but they would only offer replacements. I don’t want replacements because Christmas is over, and the quality is poor. Huge waste of money. Do not buy these mugs.
