I ordered a large Smashing Pumpkins mug in early December in time for my wife's birthday on Christmas! Somehow, it got lost in the mail and the people there made sure I had a replacement mailed back to me with no extra charge! My wife loved it! And it looked very clear and not fuzzy at all

We ordered The Smiths cassette mug as a Christmas present. There was some weird message on USPS tracking that said there was something wrong with the shipping label and they were keeping the product. USPS delivers a lot to us and this was a new message for sure.

We let MTervodesign know and they responded immediately and asked would we like a refund or another mug shipped to us. Their response time was fast! We got our new mug within the week. And it came packaged snuggly in a Styrofoam box to ensure a safe and intact delivery.

The mug itself is superb quality! The graphics are as shown in the advertisement and the mug has a lovely hefty weight to it. My fiance was super excited when he got it as he'd been looking at it online all last month. He loves the overall design and being a Smiths super fan, he is delighted with the graphics! Of the two of us, he is definitely the one who is the better shopper always researching for quality products.

Even though it's arrival was late for the holiday, we were happy with MTervodesign's prompt response time in both communication and shipping the replacement. We'll probably order from them again, but figure in extra time for potential shipping snafus.

Products are great! My husband loved his mug and shirt as they were both Christmas presents. Shipping is slow but their customer service is very responsive in answering you if you have questions. One item came after Christmas even though both were ordered at the same time. So if ordering for an occasion just make sure to leave lots of time!

Perfect replication of my cassette collection circa 1981. Great gift item for one of my fave Fleetwood Mac fans. Every case was accurate.

DO NOT buy from this so-called company. I bought a mug and what they sent had little to do with what you see on their website. They show mugs with nice quality printing and what you get is pixelated and cheap-looking, the quality is deplorable.Then they never answer your emails and they accept no returns or refunds, which is illegal and makes it A TOTAL RIP OFF. I'll be reporting them to Shopify and the BBB, as Mtervodesigns is running a scam.

Personalized Cassette Mug
I love, love, love this mug that I purchased for my husband. It has cassette titles from all the concerts we've been to, plus one from the artist of "our" song. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that within half hour of placing my order, I sent an email because I had forgotten one big concert we had been to. There was one I had on the mug that was a cover band so I asked to replace that artist with the one we had been to a concert of the actual band. I know it was less than half an hour from the order until I sent the e-mail so there is no way the work had been started on the mug. The e-mail was completely ignored. Not even a "We're so sorry, but once the order has been placed, there are no changes allowed" email. Nothing. Some kind of response (other than the confirmation e-mail for the order) would have been good customer service. It would have been easy to make the correction to my order, it was my mistake that I didn't get the order correct, but I feel that some kind of acknowledgement of my e-mail would have been appropriate for good customer service.

I'm 100% Thrilled with MTervoDesign's service & unique items. Part of my order was custom cups. Via our emails, MTervo spent Xtra time & patience communicating details, layout, etc, so I'd be 100% happy. After I changed the quantity of custom cups from 6, down to 2 cups, my partial refund was quickly reimbursed! Even being the holidays, I got entire order in the expected timeframe. The images on cups turned out excellent, clear, detailed & beautiful! All items wrapped & packaged very securely! Thank You Mtervodesign, and to the person who did such an excellent job on my order!!!

Poor quality. This is what I received for an incomplete mug.

We’d like to clarify that the mug you received was produced **as designed**. For **accent mugs**, the print cannot extend fully around the area near the handle. Because of the mug’s shape and handle placement, there will always be a **small white space** near the handle, and unfortunately it isn’t possible to print over that area.

Package was seized by USPS for having counterfeit postage. I asked PayPal to revoke their account.

This is a terrible company. I bought a mug as a Christmas present and the post office kept it for counterfeit postage, I did get my money back as I reported them as fraudulent. I will never order from this company again

Item was exactly as described and arrived promptly. Very happy with purchase.

They said they lost it in transit but was never going to reach out to the customer about the situation. I would reconsider buying from This website. Seems to be a scam.

WOW! A company that still believes in customer service!! They get my business any day. I ordered 4 mugs from Mtervodesign and they were shipped timely. One of the 4 mugs had a crack in the handle. I contacted them for options and they responded right away. It took me a few days to get back to them but they in turn followed up right away. They have provided me with a more than satisfactory remedy to the situation.
The people I gifted the mugs to thought it was the most unique gift they received with one even saying, "BEST. GIFT. EVER!"

Ordered a mug for my boyfriend for Christmas. It arrived in a good time and was well packed in the box in styrofoam. The quality of the mug is great and the images were clear. I would happily buy from this company again and probably will.

The mug looks very nice. The writing is a little too small, might be illegible if you didn’t know the names haha. considering the cost, it should be VERY legible. Delivery also came a few days late but I will throw them a pass as it was holiday season.

Perfect for gift ideas!! Purchased a 150oz custom mug and I absolutely love it, that I had to order more. Comes in a secured package and easy to track delivery.

The Sting retro cassette phone cover I purchased for my friend is amazing! We love it! Please be patient when you order because it did take a month to arrive. However, it was well worth the wait!
