Good but expensive
Great selection of products at reasonable but not good prices. Delivery was slow as you use DPD to send to Northern Ireland for which I am charged £8 for tiny end mills! Why can you not use Royal Mail for small orders?

Previously the website was far less clunky and obtaining quotation was easy.
NB: After MSC read my review they reached out to me and sorted out the problems I was experiencing. I have to confess the problems were self generated so many thanks to the MSC team especially Shelby for helping me out. I should have reached out proactively as the customer service and technical support was without parallel.

Nothing negative to say about MSC and their service, quality tools etc.
My only niggle was although delivery was next day, it arrived during the evening, after we had closed. That is only a routing issue and out of MSC's hands.
