Being our first cruise
Being our first cruise, we felt this was a great choice for us. The ship was a good size so wasn't overwhelming and the destinations were great. The staff were friendly and professional and food was excellent.

Amazing experience on MSC World America
Staff were so helpful and welcoming and could not do enough to make you feel at home on the cruise especially Alfredo and Danilo in the bar who went above and beyond for us everytime we visited them. Also Laurence in the butchers cut was amazing and great fun.

I really enjoyed all the ports we visited and the food,entertainment,and staff were excellent the ship was really well maintained.there was excursions available if you wanted just overall a great experience.

Not what was expected
Maybe I expected better but ship was smaller than anticipated and explanations of what to do and expect were not easy to find.
Food could have been much much better

Lovely experience and staff but I would
Lovely experience and staff are lovely. I would have hoped for better directions and signs especially at the start as it was quite frustrating trying to find things without much or any direction. The pools were quite overpacked aswell as the sun loungers but it was nice when we did get in. The itinerary was lovely. The sea day was quite rough and a lot of people were seasick, so I would keep in mind for bringing sea sick tablets or bands. The food was nice and there was always something to do which was good as you weren’t left bored. Buffet is quite chaotic and hard to navigate but there is options for sit down which was nice too. Food was lovely aswell as the choice of drinks. Disembarkment and embarkment was quick everyday and easy to go through. My MSC card was actually completely scratched off from the pool water and reception had a new one for me in less then two minutes which was incredible as I didn’t have to miss the embarkment that day. The theatre shows were amazing. The outfit attire isn’t as serious as I thought, half wore casual and the other half were more done up. Bathrooms around the cruise were always clean and you were never waiting long. They have movies on your room TV. We bought one for the sea day as the Pools were closed due to the roughness, it was €12. There wasn’t much choice but it was nice as an option too.

Ship felt too busy when at sea
Ship felt too busy when at sea, toilets stopped flushing and no hot water for showers another day, Waiter staff fantastic and could not be faulted same as cleaning staff for cabin, pool very small

Only issue was that there was only 1…
Only issue was that there was only 1 type of sugar free cans which was coke zero. A Diabetic would be really restricted in what mixers they could use. Please do sprite zero, fanta zero and slimline tonic!!

The cruise were clean
The cruise were clean, staffs are friendly and nice.
Cabin is a bit old. Shower area is very small.
