Love the fabrics and the making ideas. I’m Doing the block a month too, I’m hoping this will make up into a nice quilt.

I would pass on this subscription. This was gifted to me. Fabric is thin which us whatever, I'm not making full sized quilts with it, I'm just doing the project suggestions. I'm working on a pillow right now calling for 18 by 21 inch pieces and none of the 12 fabric pieces have those dimensions. I'm experienced is i can fudge it by people just starting out are going to have a hard time.

My 1st box was received promptly and I am very pleased with it. The fabric is great quality and each piece compliments the rest perfectly. The instruction book in the box has a range of projects with easy to follow instructions for the enclosed fabrics. I’m pleased I decided to subscribe.

I love the response time. While I'm overthinking they answer my questions and are very helpful.

I received an order I wasn't quite sure of. So I text Mrs Quilty to see why I received it. I made a switch in my order. They were exceptional! in helping me understand what had happened. Nothing is too much trouble for this customer service team. Any subscription issues ? They just sort it !! No delay in escalations to line managers. Responses all hours of the day that are quick, efficient and effective that gets the job done. Refunds are processed immediately and they are so friendly with their emails. They're genuinely interested in what you're making with your fabric too 10/10 Mrs Quilty

The directions were not accurate on the very first one I tried. It also cannot possibly look like what was advertised as the ears are too small and do not flop like the photo.
I’ll try the next one but I feel like someone should have proof read the directions before it went to print.

Mrs. Quilty is a wonderful group of quilters. I had a recent customer service interaction and it was fabulous. I inquired about the holiday subscription. I was given a discount and I didn't even ask. This company is amazing, everyone is so friendly and helpful and I am so glad I found them.

I haven’t even received my first box yet, and reached out for customer support. Mrs. Quilty responded quickly and rectified my issue almost immediately. Very responsive and kind staff!!

I find the website hard to navigate but everything I have recieved has been nice so far, I like the videos and tutorials thank you. The fabric quality seems nice and they are easy to use.

I received my first box and was very pleased with the fabric and free gifts. There was a small problem with the booklet, so I contacted the customer service department and they were brilliant and dealt with my issue really quickly. Great customer service.

I purchased the pattern subscription first, I love all the different patterns that I have received. I just switched to the monthly quilt box subscription. It was so easy using chat on the app, it only took about 2 minutes and the switch was made. I’m excited to receive the first box! Happy quilting.
