They sent me multiples of the same box and didn't send me boxes 4-6. They said they couldn't do anything since my subscription ended last year (I just now started the projects). I then offered to pay for the missing boxes and they told me no. I don't understand this.

I needed to cancel my subscription box because I am moving and being elderly on a fixed income I had to cut some things from my budget. They were so kind and understanding, wished me good luck on my move, and said they would certainly be there when my budget would allow. No pressure whatsoever. Complete understanding. That’s what I call excellent customer service!

I LOVE the Mrs Quilty Box Subscription! I have sewed since I was about 10 years old but I am new to quilting. I am learning so much. The booklets and videos are helpful and answer my questions. The fabric is always awesome. I look forward to every box with happy anticipation. The support team is great, too.
