Im very happy with the service I have recieved from the team at Mrs Quilty.
They were quick to respond to my questions and have been extremely helpful.

Just started a subscription and really excited to receive my first box. I had a query about delivery and it was answered straightaway 🤗.

First, I love Mrs. Quilty fabric. I'm getting a nice little stash. Second, the customer service responded to my problem immediately. Even though it was not their fault, but the fault of the delivery person. I was very happy with the it was handled and with the speed in which it was corrected. Thank you, Mrs. Quilty, for your professionalism. Happy Sewing to me!

unfortunately even before I received my 1st box my Mum died, being unsure if I would be able to afford to keep up with my subscription I contacted Mrs Quilty and explained my problem. They were amazing, soo understanding, they have put my subscription on hold for a while to help me sort myself out. I am so glad I contacted them and didn't just cancel all. Customer Services I appreciate you all so very much. Thank You. P.S. the items received in 1st box is such good quality - I would really recommend MRS QUILTY

I received my first subscription today from Mrs Quilty.com. I would like to say how impressed I am with the beautiful fabric and my free gift of a ruler template. Thank you for a fast delivery. I look forward to many more to come.

So I finally got around to finishing box 3 and the patterns were really cute. The written instructions and videos were very helpful in completing all of them. I enjoyed watching the videos before I get started so I have a visual idea of the process to get started.

I have this week subscribed to Mrs Quilty monthly box of goodies. Included in the first subscription was a free set of 14 soft toy downloaded patterns and instructions.
Within only a few days my first box arrived. It contained reasonable quality materials a few freebies and a quality magazine with numerous projects.
I immediately commenced making the soft toy Pip the Parrot. Just a word of caution. You need to immediately SAVE your download from the email sent to me to a File on my Tablet/Computer. As once I had viewed it a few times over the next few days, I had reached my Download Limit and was unable to see PIP the Parrot again!
Not to worry, Mrs Quilty came to the rescue and within a short time the issue was resolved.
Good Quality and Quick Customer Support. 5 Stars

Mrs Quilty fabric is always beautiful and top quality. Their customer service is unmatched -
they are quick to find a resolution and extremely professional and gracious in the process. Recommend 10/10.

I am so impressed by the service ethic at Mrs. Quilty. In addition to the timely, personal, and thoughtful replies, they provided excellent service in finding a solution to the dilemma I created by mis-using the provided piece of fabric from my box! I am very grateful for all of their efforts. I believe Mrs. Quilty is a wonderful company and will definitely be purchasing their quilt boxes again.

I absolutely love this subscription box. I've received 8 boxes so far and I've enjoyed every one. I've had the need to reach out to customer service a few times for varying reasons and have experienced very prompt, courteous and helpful replies every time. I highly recommend this subscription and company to anyone that enjoys sewing projects and quilting.

Mrs. Quilty's support team was very helpful in getting me my" first time buyer" discount for my fat quarter subscription box. friendly and professional.

Mrs Quilty is the best company I think I have ever purchased anything from. Why? Because any question you might have is answered so swiftly and completely leaving you in no doubt about what to do if you get stuck. Patricia Lessell xx

So appreciate the Mrs. Quilty box that I received monthly. I look forward every month to seeing what is being sent to me. They are quality fabrics, and the gifts are very nice. I also appreciate the customer service that has been provided to me.

I had a problem with a missing item in my box 5 emailed straight away. Got a responce within miniits and an appology . Dealt with so quick

I had a few questions for Mrs Quilty products and I got a speedy response and answered my questions. 👍

Absolutely enjoy every subscription box! Get so excited when I receive the email each month to say it’s on its way. Have made two quilts for my granddaughters and I was a complete novice. Love the free patterns I received when first setting up my subscription. Also if I have a question it is always answered really quickly.

I made my first order. I realized after sending in the order, my old address was still listed from my payment app. I immediately went to the chat on their site. The chat was not able to help. However, it created a ticket for their service department. Shortly thereafter I received an email letting me know the address had been changed. Can't beat customer service like that!

Fabulous box of goodies! The fabric is lovely quality, it sews beautifully.
The hardest part is working out what to make.
