I've been working with Becky for over a year now, and in that time we’ve achieved great milestones on the social media front. It’s been incredibly empowering and encouraging to continue building on that success - a huge part of it thanks to Becky’s steady leadership.

Becky is both detail-oriented and approachable, striking a balance between knowing when to let things flow and when to step in with guidance. That combination, along with her supportive and empathetic approach, has made her a brilliant collaborator and inspiring leader to work alongside.

She brings a thoughtful balance of creativity, strategy, and calm direction to every project. What I’ve valued most is her ability to hold the big picture - brand voice, long-term goals, and business priorities -while remaining open to experimenting with new ideas in the moment.

Becky also creates space for collaboration that feels structured yet flexible. My creative input is always trusted, while her clear sense of direction keeps us aligned with Mountgrange’s brand and objectives. This balance has made our workflow feel efficient without ever being rigid.

Overall, working with Becky has been a rewarding experience -professional, empathetic, and inspiring. Her leadership has not only helped strengthen the brand’s presence but also made the creative process genuinely enjoyable and motivating.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Natalie. Although we didn’t end up finding the right property, she was warm, personable, and made sure we were promptly informed about every new listing on the market. We would definitely like to stay in touch with her should we be looking for another home in the future.

I’ve known Natalie Simpkin-Robles for some time now, and she stands out as an exceptionally professional and knowledgeable estate agent. Ms Simpkin-Robles is genuinely passionate about what she does, and it shows in the way she communicates, advises, and supports both clients and colleagues. She has a sharp understanding of the property market, but what makes her truly unique is her ability to combine that expertise with warmth, approachability, and integrity. She’s someone you can trust- both professionally and personally - and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for honest, reliable guidance in real estate in London.

EMMA WAS KNOWLEGABLE ABOUT THE MARKET FOCUSED & COMMUNICATED WELL WITH ALL INVOLVED

Mountgrange Heritage helped us sell our Kensington apartment, and we are very satisfied. We had a price in mind, and we were not prepared to sell below. After having the apartment for sale with a large chain agency, who had endless visits without offers, we decided to try Mountgrange Heritage. After 1 visit the apartment was sold at an acceptable price. They had the right buyer for our property in their system. The selling process they handled well. Everything was as promised and faultless.

Alex at Mountgrange is excellent. He is the epitome of a professional and impressive estate agent. Alex was part of the reason I decided to purchase the property. Good energy and extremely supportive in assisting buying the property.

Just completed on my flat in Notting Hill after 2 years of looking for my perfect flat! Alexandre Chapalain was amazing- he couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend him and the company for anyone!

We have just bought a west london property through Gillian, Emma and the team at Mount Grange and they've been fantastic to deal with throughout. We have been offshore throughout the entire sales process and they've gone above and beyond to make things easy for us and to bring the purchase to a smooth conclusion. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
