We’ve had a really positive experience with Lifestyle Property Services from start to finish. They first helped us secure our rental when relocating from London to Bristol, and now they’ve helped us find and in the process of buying our first home. Logan was really friendly and helpful when showing us around the property, and we really appreciated his support in helping us secure a deal quickly. James and Cilla have been great at helping us with queries and getting the legal process moving. The team are very contactable and extremely helpful whenever we’ve had questions. It’s been great having their support through such important milestones, and we’d happily recommend Lifestyle to anyone looking to rent or buy a property!

Lifestyle did an excellent job at getting our house move over the line. There were issue further down the chain that caused it to drag on for 15 months. Cilla was persistent at chasing up and down the chain, and keeping us informed. James is a good salesman who really knows the area. Together they make a great team.

I have always had very good service from Lifestyle over the years, buying my first house through them in 2000 and they have been successful in my subsequent three house sales.

James is particularly knowledgeable of the local market. When I phoned up to put my house on the market, I had already found the property I was after for my onward purchase James calmly managed my expectations in terms of how quickly a sale could be achieved, explaining that for a 4-bed house, it was unlikely this would happen immediately. However, hats off Lifestyle! - I was not expecting our buyer to be found before the house was even officially on the market and a sale agreed in less than one week.

Cilla was very helpful in the progression of the sale. The only reason this is a 4-star review instead of 5, is we were held up on our onward purchase as a result of the sale of our property. Our first delay was caused by our buyers not having a survey until 3 months into the process. This was not being chased up, and we felt that someone should have been on top of this. However, overall I would recommend the Lifestyle team.

The staff at LifeStyle (Cilla and James) were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and were in regular contact with us from arranging viewings to providing updates afterwards. Their knowledge of the market resulted in offers that were in the range they had recommended. They took a genuine interest in the sale of our property and the personal touch was really appreciated. We are now working with Cilla and James to sell my father-in-law's house and are confident that we'll have another great experience with them.

James came to my house to do a valuation for probate purposes. His attendance was punctual and he presented as extremely knowledgeable about the current property market and house prices in the local area. James was extremely professional and empathetic throughout and a valuation was provided in a very quick time frame. Thank you James.

Great experience buying my first home with lifestyle, the whole team were great from booking a viewing to managing my sale and arranging viewings. They ensured everything went smoothly and even checked in following the sale. Great service!

We were very needy clients as we are based in Bradford and only had specific times available to visit properties in the Bristol area. Lifestyle were very accommodating and once we found the property for us they put time aside for us to revisit on a couple of occasions with no pressure to be in and out in a set time. For whatever reason, the sale of my rental property was very drawn out and I needed a team like Cilla and James to keep re-assuring me that all was well. Brilliant service provided. My partner and I viewed some houses in Bradley stoke, thanks to Logan, we had a great experience, friendly and professional.

Overall, I had a good experience purchasing my house through Lifestyle Property. The team was helpful and supportive, especially at the beginning of the process, and their service was professional.

One area that could be improved is regular follow-ups throughout the purchase process, as timely updates would make the experience even smoother and give buyers more confidence.

Another suggestion would be to make the key handover more special and memorable. Presenting the house keys in a more elegant way, along with a small welcome hamper or gift, would create a wonderful final impression and make customers feel truly valued.

We’ve used Lifestyle for many years as agents for a property we rented out. Having always been pleased with their service as a letting agent, we also used them to subsequently sell the house and have been very satisfied with how they conducted the whole process.

From initial suggestions regarding small improvements to make the house more attractive to conducting the viewings we were always kept up to date with progress and the state of the market.

Once a sale was agreed, we were able to just let Cilla and James liaise with the buyers and solicitors which made the sale very easy for us as we live some distance from the house.

All in all, I’d certainly recommend Lifestyle as both letting and estate agents.
