Lauren, was very helpful, as always, with the renewal of our contract
Thanks

During my contract renewal, Miss Lauren was very supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. She helped accelerate the communication between me and the flat owner, making everything much smoother and easier. I really appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and support. Thank you, Miss Lauren, for your excellent assistance!

Everything is handled professionally with a minimum of fuss

My renewal process with Lauren was straightforward and she was really helpful.

Our experience isn’t fully finished yet as we’re still waiting for date to move in etc. but so far the staff have been very helpful and polite to us. Felicia has been great.

Luscumbe provides a reliable, good all round service. They are prompt in terms of sorting out any issues arising and keep me informed of legal changes. I've been with them for 8 years and not had any issues. Their checks on tenants are good and their property checks twice a year means that you can keep track of how the property is being maintained. Their staff retention is good and I've always found them really helpful.

Luscombe have been a great letting agency and always do their best to fix any issues we have. Lauren has been particularly helpful.

Very prompt and efficient

Lauren was a great help dealing with the letting arrangement for the property.

Lauren has been a big help with any issues we have experienced since moving into our flat! Very kind and great service

Luscombe & Co have just sold my Flat for me. They handled everything from putting it on the market, prepared professional details including photographs, sourced prospective buyers and carried out viewings. My main contacts were Lauren and Anna who provided a great service. Their knowledge of the local market was invaluable in helping me stay on top of what was happening in the local area. Great job.

Lauren is a really helpful member of the team, always happy to help with anything we could possibly need as tenants. Would highly recommend. Ben and Chloe :)

Lauren did a great job of explaining the options as the tenancy reaches expiry.

Lauren has been absolutely wonderful during our move! Everything went seamlessly and we’re now happily settled into a lovely new flat. She was happy to answer any of my questions and went the extra mile with sorting a couple of things for me. Absolutely lovely person as well!
