Vis mer

DO NOT TRUST
I have returned some items, and I paid for the delivery as they promised they will refund me but it is nearly two months I am still waiting. I am sure I will never buy from this company.

They recently assessed and repaired one of my coats where the zip had gone faulty. The repair was brilliant you couldn’t tell at all.

Excellent and long lasting kit.
I have had a number of bits of Mountain Equipment gear over the years and it has always been excellent (My Changabang Jacket is over 15 years old and still going strong). Recently purchased a Triton Jacket which is excellent too. Plus now you can buy directly from their website. Highly recommend them for any outdoor gear.

I purchased a Lohtse jacket November…
I purchased a Lohtse jacket November 2019, in both sides in the armpit area, around the venting zippers, main material is loose, big gapping holes.
Try to contact them, no answer. Will send it to the place i bought it, if i can choose something else i certainly will. I have used it 6 or 7 times only for walking my dog. I cant stop thing of all the fine words on their homepage. Our success depends on you as a customer.
How should this jacket be able to withstand wear and tear from an expedition.
This is my second jacket this year from them, first was a Fitzroy i got on sale, suddenly it had a zipper problem. Never got a message, but after 6 month my money was back on my account, bad deal for me.
Keep away from that firm, they are on its way DOWN.
Forget it, i will never buy from them again, never.
