When I initially tried to purchase tickets it wouldn’t let me without adding how many tickets. Unfortunately there was no option to select how many tickets, which frustrated me.

Audio was bad
Audio was bad. I could hear my voice repeating back loudly when I spoke so was hard to confirm what was being organised. Still not sure from receipt if I have the right thing.

Wrong Email Correction
Helped resend my tickets to the correct email despite missing their phone calls. Took 3 weeks to respond to my inquiry but once allocated was a quick fix.

Really upset with your terrible service and support. Want my money back now, and that you have no number to call and take a week to reply to enquiries. Never buying through you again and giving all the bad word of mouth I can

Create an account before buying!
I bought tickets for an event on my phone, as a Guest and something was odd right away so I raised a support ticket. I hadn’t received a confirmation email. It was 28 days before I had a response to my original support request (I raised 3 in total). A couple of days of back and forth and I was issued with tickets. Don’t buy as a Guest and check all contact details are correct.

Heritage Reunion jazz
Full house I would think but service coped well under the circumstances. Food was good and company great! The band was outstanding ! We will be back when you have the Heritage band back or any other similar jazz band.

BAD. I purchaser incorrectly a ticket and wrote inmediately to have it fixed and never heard from your team or have a reply yet. Very Disappointed :S
