From our first visit at Arden Park, Chris has been incredibly friendly and down to earth. We've been back many times since, as we've progressed through the reservation and choices stages, and we always get the same level of service. We look forward to continuing to work with Chris!

Bartle Meadows, never never never waste your money with this outfit, trowel marks in every ceiling and wall, doors that dont close, loft hatch that doesn’t seal shut, leaks that take 4 years to resolve, internal wall 40mm out of plum over 2400mm, bellys and sunken external brickwork, roof that kicks up at one side, uneven cuts around solar panels, uneven screed to floors to mention just a few, there is no way these are trades people, no one with any skill or pride can walk away from that and be happy. when they have your money your done, you will never get the attention a buyer deserves when snags are picked up, there should be a cooling off period where if the snags are not resolved or in the process of being then the buyer should be able to withhold a percentage of payment, maybe the the builders would adopt a right first time attitude. whats the point in building regulations when they can be interpreted based on the skill level of the contractor you employ, oh by the way pockets of missing insulation in the cavities, no sound deadening insulation between floors, the cheapest and nastiest doors, fixtures and fittings you can buy, it truly is a shower of s..., customer service never keep you informed, emails are ignored, you can never actually speak to a decision maker, there’s no way they are spending any more than 45k to build one of these, im only just getting over the fact i fell for it all, 7 years down the line and im still gutted at one of the worst decisions of my life.

We are literally screaming on the roof top how amazing Hannah is, she has been the best help to us throughout this process, even through the difficult decisions we had to make, Hannah never fails to lift our spirits up and always listen to our concerns and will ALWAYS find us a solution. Hannah will listen to us and is very honest with us, she will tell us what is right and what is wrong, she is not afraid to tell us when we have reached our limit and advising us what will fit our needs. It is clear that she wants the best for us and she will try her hardest to give us our dream home. Hannah will always find time for you when you need her! Purchased New Morris home from the Arden Park site Redditch. Our point of contact was Chris Walton in the sales office. From the first meeting you can tell this bloke loves his job, extremly knowledgeable about not only the site/houses but more importanlty the process. We can all pick a new kitchen and paint colours but what we dont do every day is move house, which as we are all aware is bloody frustrating at the very least. A juggling act between companies/departments/legistslations etc..Chris simply took the worry out of this and walked us through the steps, even when asking the same questions again and again just went over until we were happy. A true proffessional and a geniune nice bloke. We spoke with head office a few times to get info when Chris was on holiday, phones answered straight away, no hold again geniune conversations with calls back when they had the answers followed up by mails,can't ask for anything more..oh and the bars of chocolates keep the nipper happy which is nice touch. I've bought from and visited other house builders who lets say have a sales approach first..Morris/Chris didnt, they seem to realise that a house purchase is life changing therefore breaking down the process goes a long way, the houses are top quality when you walk in you want one but the houses dont guide you through the process, long may this continue

We reserved a house at the Rivington Park development with Hannah today. She's provided a keenly personal, warm, friendly and professional service from our first interaction with her, which was three months ago at this point! She's made what could have been a complicated and stressful process much easier to digest and press ahead with. Hannah is an enormous asset to the company.

So far we have had a really positive experIence buying a new home from Morris on the Meadow estate in Macclesfield. Wendie, who has helped us secure the house, has been friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the process so far. She answered all of our questions in a clear and concise way and always made sure we understood everything even if we asked the same question more than once! 🤣
What stood out most was how Wendie genuinely cared. She was patient, supportive and what could have been a very stressful experience (as we are relocating from Birmingham) was made a lot easier! The incentives she gave definitely helped my mom in making her mind up to buy the house. Even the Tony’s chocolonely you gave us kept us going on our trips up and down the motorway 😍
My mom and I are so grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a Morris home :)

Wonderful staff very kind and helpful

We moved into our Morris Homes property in June 2025, having had a snagging survey carried out before completion. Over a year later, in July 2026, we are still chasing outstanding items.
Only some of the original snags were addressed, and we have since had to bring in another surveyor to help identify what remains unresolved. Throughout the process, Morris have not provided a clear record of what they believe is outstanding at any given point, meaning we have had to continually track, chase, and manage the process ourselves.
The aftercare has been frustrating, opaque, and far more time-consuming than it should be. If you buy from Morris Homes, be prepared for the customer service process to feel like a part-time job.

We met with Chris at Arden Park recently with a view to purchasing a future release home. He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He promised to keep in touch with us and we look forward to seeing the development progressing.

We had a great experience visiting the Morris Homes development. The sales advisor was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to show us three different homes, explained the features and layouts clearly, and answered all of our questions without any pressure. We really appreciated how patient and approachable she was throughout the visit.

Morris Homes did a great job presenting the properties in excellent condition, making the viewing feel relaxed and informative. The whole experience was well organised, professional, and gave us a clear understanding of the homes and the buying process. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Even though she had some bad news yesterday when we where there to do our options/extras. HANNAH continued to smile and put us first making the whole process easy and enjoyable.
I think she is a real credit to Morris Homes and if you are lucky enough to meet her you will not be disappointed.
Hannah is lovely, patient and understands when a women wants to change her mind.🤣 Morris Homes are very lucky to have her working for them and should reward her for the excellent job she is doing.
The Morris Homes site at Blackrod is also lovely and there is a wonderful feel to the place.

Recently purchased a new home from Morris Homes at Station Grange, Coventry Plot 9. Our Sales Advisor Jess went above my expectations by keeping us informed from the foundation to every step of the way to demonstration. Aftercare from John and Richard Site Managers 10/10. Also Customer Care Team professional and helpful. I moved from The Hollies apartment, which was built by Morris Homes, which I loved hence my reason for buying with them again.

We have been in our Morris Homes property for just 2.5 years, and one of the glass panels in our roof has completely shattered without warning.

Thankfully, neither of our children nor our dog were in the room when it happened, as the consequences could have been far more serious. Three days later, glass is still falling from the panel, making the room unsafe to use due to the risk of further breakage.

What makes this even more concerning is that we have seven other glass panels of the same type, leaving us constantly worried that this could happen again.

We have also been advised that the glass itself carries a 5-year warranty, which makes Morris Homes’ refusal to assist even more disappointing. At just 2.5 years old, this is not what anyone would reasonably expect from a modern home.

Despite the obvious safety concerns, Morris Homes are refusing to accept any responsibility or provide a resolution. For a relatively new-build property, this level of aftercare is extremely concerning, particularly when the issue involves a potentially dangerous structural feature.

Adding to our concerns, we’ve noticed that the newer Winster house designs no longer appear to feature these glass roof panels. Naturally, this raises questions as to why the design was changed and whether concerns over the long-term safety or durability of these panels played any part in that decision.

The extent of the damage is shocking, and even more worrying is the lack of support we’ve received.

I would urge anyone considering a Morris Homes property to carefully consider how issues are handled once you’re outside their initial warranty period. When a significant safety issue arises in a home that is only 2.5 years old, homeowners should expect support, accountability and a genuine commitment to resolving the problem.

We reserved our new home today with Hannah at the Rivington Park site and she was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Excellent customer service from Chris and Sandra. The show homes at Arden Park are beautifully finished and presented. The quality is excellent and the landscaping is finished very tastefully.
