I love this bike
I love this bike, I feel safer on it then a two wheeler. I'm 69 and needed a 3 wheeler for better balance. Its definitely worth the price.

$799.00 and it worked 7 months. I did everything right as far as battery care. Key won't turn. Back brakes never worked. The computer on handlebars to turn on bike and controll speeds fell off. Thanks fir ripping me off. That was a cruel joke. False advertising.

My review
Very easy to order and receive.
Wasn’t expecting to have to pretty much build the bike when it came. Thought it would be put together already and I’d just have to attach the wheels, seat and baskets.
The back basket leaves a lot to be desired as the little metal clips make it flimsy so we reinforced with zip ties.
Would have been helpful to have better illustrated directions or video for installing the chain/gears & derailleur as I still don’t have the gears correct as when I shift, it jumps 2 gears and the chain seems like it rides on the frame.

The seat post on my few months old bike became loose. I notified customer service of my issue and was sent a new post right away. They were very responsive to my issue.

The pedals are too close to the seat…
The pedals are too close to the seat and need to be moved up towards the front wheel a little bit! I may never get to ride this trike I paid over $2,000 for!!!!
The company contacted me without a satisfactory resolution!!!! They are NOT helpful!!

It does what it is supposed to
It does what it is supposed to, but a few flaws that keep it short of perfection. One, assembly was challenging. Two, the seat post will NOT stay up without a bolt drilled in. Three, little stuff requires constant attention, like tail lights and fenders. But it is a cool trike with good power and range, and that’s what I wanted.
