The bike is high quality, came as expected and quicker than anticipated. The assembly instructions could be a little more detailed but we were able to get it together. Customer service was very helpful to answer some questions that I had prior to purchase. All around it was a great experience.

Okay o I've had this thing for like 5…
Okay so I've had this thing for like 5 months now and honestly its not bad Seat gets uncomfortable after about 2 hours of riding which is annoying because i like to take longer trips on weekends with my wife, the brakes feel solid and everything seems well made, nothing feels cheap or plastic like some of the other brands out there the battery goes pretty far but sometimes i wish it went a bit further would definitely recommend to someone looking to get into electric trikes. Just maybe get a better seat if you're doing long distance stuff.

I initially rated at 1 star but Mooncool was pretty responsive to my issues and was quick to send a new seat and reimburse a new tube for the tire which I appreciate. Fiona with support was helpful.
Beyond frustrated and pissed off at my experience. Getting ready to reach out for a return because its been bullshit. $2000 for something I was BEYOND excited about. I've been wanting an electric trike for YEARS and I finally pull the trigger and have had nothing but problems.
Out of the box the seat had a tear the frame was scratched, and the chain wasnt even on. I reached out and support was going to send a new seat but wanted me to buy sharpies or paint on Amazon to fix the frame scratches.
I've only gone on a few rides ONLY taking sidewalks and streets and today I pulled it out and had the flattest tire ever. I've been diligent about where I'm riding and storing it in a safe spot with the cover on and I'm having such a negative experience! Also when I ride, it if feels jerky and like the chain keeps falling out of gear. So frustrated...

I'm still trying to get this resolved was promised an email regarding collection. There's been no email and they have gone silent. I did change a part that they insisted I do and it still didn't work. When initially emailing them they tried to make me strip down the bike and also tried to make me pay £200 to get it collected which is against my consumer rights. I would definitely stay away from this company as they like to take your money and leave you with the problems

I had to hire a handyman to put it together it took 4 hours and 300 dollars extra. Now that it’s finally put together it’s a sturdy bike. It fits my husband fine but my feet don’t touch the ground so I have to be careful getting off. And that’s why I gave it half the stars.

after 3 return emails regarding the…
after 3 return emails regarding the fender on my tk pro, it is still unresolved.. I offered you the information you requested and never got a reply regarding the shipment of a new fender per the phone conversation I had with your support employee. As requested I sent the serial number as well as the images of each rear fender and the area of placenent.. Instead of addressing that issue, you desired to send me another email about my problem adjusting the seat.. that you saw on FB. I replied that I was able to make the seat adjustment and if there were new issues that were to arise I would let you know.. I also mentioned that the trike was going to the shop in 2 weeks to have a thorough look over especially with concerns of the left rear tire having a slight wobble and if it was an axle I would call.. as the bike is new under warranty with an extended warranty… However since then it’s as if any response as to if I would be recieving a new right rear fender has gone unanswered. I would like to think it’s an oversight and would hope that if there is a delay I would be notified of such.. I would like to rate you a 5 , but unfortunately it’s seems the warranties are being neglected, until I hear further my review is what it is.

Mooncool is a top-notch outfit!
I am an 84 y/o retired professional, quick to compliment and to criticize, and my experience with Mooncool has been excellent. The eTrike is very well built and accompanying instructions well done in general. Assembly out of the box was easy enough and provided tools were satisfactory. I've been using my orange TKPro for six months, and cannot explain why I don't see more of them on the road, All the manufacturer claims are true, but in addition I have enjoyed being free from licensing, registration, & insurance. I have learned to navigate the side streets and make occasional use of sidewalks and pedestrian crossings of major roads. I can easily fulfill my transportation needs within a fifteen mile radius of my home: grocery/general shopping, medical appointments, restaurants etc. and can secure the eTrike near the front door of where ever I have to be, closer than a car with a disabled placard can park. Now for some critical comments: 1) I cannot find the serial number. 2) The master control switch, referred to as KD826 or K6 is not illustrated or well explained. 3) In a few instances, I have been unable to turn off the display upon reaching my destination. 4) A left hand rear view mirror is essential (not optional) as following faster traffic can become impatient.
