Probably shouldn't ride in snow but
Tried my Fat Tire TK1 in snow—not the smartest decision maybe. It handled okay, but the battery drained pretty fast and my fingers went numb (forgot gloves). Managed my errands anyway, and came home red-faced and proud. Cold, messy, but strangely satisfying in a rugged sort of way.

Service needs help
Ordered trike in mid Aug. Didn't get ot for 2 weeks. Then the problems:
First week flat tire, new tube.
Week 2, other rear tire flat tubes marked for 20x 2-2.5 with 20x3 tires.
Week 5 front tire rubbing, fork was not welded. Gave them model and sn of bike. They had trouble finding the fork. Week and have later. Wrong fork. Two weeks. Later second fork still not the correct one. More delays, Dec they ordered one from the factory in china. End of Dec must be lost,no kidding. Ordered another 3weeks later it looks correct, well no races pressed on fork. Where the race is at the bottom of the header tube, but it was expanded too much. Bike shop tried deformed th race buy another. Works fine tube was pressed smaller by first race.
So total got to ride new trike for 4 weeks out of 5 1/2 months, and the part sent had to be worked on to be correct. Oh, they offered me a lock for the trike for my inconvenience.

If your tricycle is experiencing frequent tire blowouts, we recommend checking that the tires are installed correctly and that the tire pressure is within the recommended range (recommended tire pressure is usually indicated on the tire sidewall). Overall my experience was great
Overall my experience was great. Replacement parts were sent to us as part of the warranty. Turns out the issue was something completely different in which we were told to take to our local repair shop and that we would be reimbursed. $150 diagnostic fee from the shop to find the root problem in which we were NEVER reinbursed. Was told that they were worried about sustainability and profitabilty over honering their word and warranty. Given we had been sent three different parts for repair I'd say that is more than generous.

Super Danke ...
Leider trat bei unserem Trike bereits nach etwas einem Monat ein technischer Defekt auf. Natürlich war das zunächst sehr enttäuschend, da das Fahrzeug täglich genutzt wird.
Ich habe daraufhin von der Umtauschmöglichkeit Gebrauch gemacht. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Kundenservice von Mooncool: Die Kommunikation war freundlich und korrekt, und letztendlich wurde uns ein brandneues Trike zugesendet.
Zusätzlich durften wir das defekte Fahrzeug behalten, was keineswegs selbstverständlich ist und für uns eine große Erleichterung war.
Trotz des anfänglichen Problems hat Mooncool eine kulante und kundenorientierte Lösung gefunden. Genau in solchen Situationen zeigt sich, wie ernst ein Unternehmen seine Kunden nimmt.
Aus diesem Grund fällt meine Gesamtbewertung positiv aus. Ich hoffe natürlich, dass das neue Trike langfristig problemlos funktioniert, aber der Umgang mit der Reklamation war fair und professionell.

Relentless AD's.
Relentless AD's....lack of precise instructions,,,,I am still concerned that there is no safety's on the front axle, despite the forks having places for it. I was not thrilled with the color being a flat gray instead of a gloss , so the color selection was very lacking, I would've preferred Red, and when I asked about it on line , I was told I could always paint it myself. The electrical plugs should be more defined to fit into the proper orientation. After several email exchanges, I am very satisfied with their response to my concerns, and I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. I feel they will follow up with future designs to make this unit TOP OF THE LINE!

I normally don't write reviews. Most customer service doesn't answer back or gives the standard i am sorry we can't help you. Not so with Mooncool I contacted via email got an almost immediate response from Iris. I had a mechanical issue with a used trike , told her I was not wanting warranty but was needing assistance. Their was many back and forth emails(all in a very timely fashion) with their needs to help me. These were standard pictures of model parts excetra and a video. After their techs reviewed recommended a repair of a part and how to purchase. The whole process was seamless and very well handled. Part is being shipped for free and am excitedly waiting for delivery. One of the best experiences I have had dealing with online service.

Quality problems.
We originally had some issues with the trike but Moon Cool fixed the problem with no problems. They are working on supporting their products here in the USA. I would recommend their products.

We’ve had an amazing experience with Mooncool, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and performance of their bikes.
Our granddaughter absolutely loves her CK1 trike — she’s already put over 110 miles on it, and it’s still running strong! 💪🚲 It’s been reliable, safe, and easy for her to ride, which gives us total peace of mind as grandparents.
