During the Pandemic, the delivery was horrible but Sara kept reassuring me that it's on the way. I was excited to finally receive my order and get it to my grandchildren and the fits we're great.

Moonbun is the worse company to order from. I ordered a baby stroller for my sister June 20, 2020 and I 've not received my item yet. I asked for a refund and moonbun told me in an email that I have to wait until my order arrive to return the item. Well, I don't think soo because every company must have a certain amount of days for a customer to get there item by delivery. Moonbun don't want to refund my account but Im taking further actions. They promised that my item will be delivered within 3-35 days from ordering. Horrible company to do business with. They gave me a tracking link but it's not telling me where my item is at. The link is bogus.

It really saddens us to read this review. I would like to respectfully challenge your comment "They promised that my item will be delivered within 3-35 days" as we never said the stroller could be delivered in 3 days, we informed you that due to COVID we were shipping our strollers via sea instead of air to our US warehouse. You were also informed that the UPS tracking number provided:

Would not show further steps until the item left our warehouse in California. We were upfront with the situation: up to 35 working days delivery for the Strollers only and UPS only updates the tracking after leaving the US warehouse. The 35 working days are definitely not over and your stroller will be delivered within that timeframe as stated by us.
The stroller appears now correctly delivered within our time-frame. My most sincere apologies if it was later than what you expected it to be.
We really hope you and your family are safe during these difficult times.

Wish I could give 0 stars! I don't know how they have such good reviews. The quality is horrible - patches and pockets are of cheapest material and all jagged and rough. Loose threads everywhere! And I ordered three outfits that were supposed to be for 3-6 month olds and the ones I received are huge (toddler age). I feel totally scammed!

We've got thousands of designs in our shop and one of them might have made it through our quality control when it shouldn't have, mistakes happen. Of course, you will be refunded right away please email us and reference this message and please make sure you reference which outfit had the issues so we can look into it.

It took a while for the items to get delivered but it was very worth the wait. My daughter is adorable in the jumpers I bought her and we are so happy. Moonbun makes the cutest outfits for kids. I love them all!

I'm giving a 5 star review. I cannot say anything mean about a small company and let my review be the reason no one wants to buy from them. Even tho I feel I have a right to do so because of some things. I can say every email I sent to moonbun they got answered. They were very nice and apologetic. I did not know it was a small business. I don't know if this company has been in business very long and they haven't got the kinks out or couldn't handle the volume of orders they received. But I can say when my grand daughter's outfit's got to her. They were very cute. And she looked adorable in them. And that means a lot to this grammy.

Very pleased with my purchase
Although they took awhile to arrive, it was worth the wait. I am so pleased with my purchase of the high top colorful shoes for my granddaughter. She loves them and Have gotten so many compliments so I ordered 3 more pair in different colors! Have a brand new grandson so I bought an outfit for him as well. Will be shopping here in the future. Very pleased with my purchase.

3 months later I still have nothing
Ordered two items May 1st, its now almost end of July and I still have nothing. 3 months! I have written and I kept getting the same old apology but no clothing. My granddaughter is now past the size I ordered.
I called Visa and they promptly credited me back. Problem solved. Bye but Moonbun. Never again.

Dear Brandee, you are right apologies are definitely not enough and unfortunately, your package was one of the ones affected by the initial COVID delay of late April/ early May. The good news is we are now back to our 7 working day average delivery time consistently. There was no need to contact VISA, we are refunding all packages affected by that unfortunate delay past 45 days after shipment, so yours would have qualified. If you get in touch and reference this message we'll send you a piece of clothing completely free of charge, so that you can see how fast they are arriving at the moment :)

Shipping process takes months!!
Unless you want to wait three months on your items do NOT order from them!!! Their customer service is the only thing that’s okay somewhat good. I still haven’t received my 2nd item or my refund from when I ordered in May this is not acceptable! I will NEVER EVER EVER order from this company again I’m sticking to amazon!!

Never Again!
I ordered my items on 6/25/20. It is now 7/13/20 and I still haven’t received my items. Had I known my items would be coming from a different country I would not have purchased them.
Prior to my purchase, I searched shipping reviews and found no information about shipping from outside of the U.S.
Dear Moonbun Baby, please disclose to your customers that shipping could take 1-3 months without COVID delays and 4-6 months with the additional delays. My order was fulfilled out of in Shenzhen, China!
It takes too long coming from a different country!!!!! 😣
Never again will I order from this company!!!!

Sorry about the experience you had with us. Our orders have never taken 4 to 6 months and are not currently taking 1-3 months. Most orders are currently getting delivered in 6-10 days US-wide. We own warehouses in the US, China, and Hong Kong but due to the vast amount of product variants in our stores, we cannot keep stock in all of them at once especially during COVID, son in some cases we need to ship directly from China. Update: as you can see below it wasn’t a great first impression. Sara personally reached out to me and wanted to make things right. She dug in and made calls to find where my stuff was and once she figured it all out sent me an update and quickly resent the items along with a gift of a tree. She is part owner of this little company and truly wants everyone to have a great experience with them. I’m looking forward to the outfits for my little girl. If you are having issues with your shipping just send them a email and Sara will help you figure it all out.
I never received the item I ordered back in May, I get that Covid had some deal with shipping but we are now in July and I get the same answer from “Sara” I have asked for a refund and they keep giving me the same BS to wait. I’m over waiting and now would just like a refund or resend send the items I paid for that would be good customer service not sending me the same email over and over again. I’m just thankfully I didn’t buy more then I did. I have told all my friends not to order from them and I will keep telling people. Worst experience ever!
