ZERO STARS WE ORDERD The moon bunny stroller for my brother it’s his first child September 2 2020 I thought that the stroller was so adorable so we just had to have it and I just can’t believe it’s not here yet and my brothers babies gonna be here any day and if she doesn’t have the stroller then she cannot leave the hospital with the baby

We love the shoes we got, my two year old always picks them to wear out! Super cute and light weight.

I accidentally came across Moonbunbaby and I’m so glad I did! I purchased 3 items and saying they are the cutest outfits I’ve ever seen is not even close to describing them. The customer service, caring heart for their customers and correspondence of updates with delivery eta’s is exceptional!! I am more than satisfied. I will definitely purchase from Moonbunbaby again.

Wish I could give 10 stars! I’ve sent several gifts of Moonbun and each recipient has been over the moon happy! Yes, customs and shipping during Covid has caused some delays, but Moonbun has been extremely responsive to my inquiries and I couldn’t ask for better service.
More importantly, their clothes are high quality, fabulously designed, and according to parents, absolutely delicious and special. Can’t recommend Moonbun highly enough!

I love the product I got from them. They answered all of my questions and the shipping was quick even with the current world crisis.

I ordered an outfit and it was way too big. I asked about returning it. I was given options. They have been fantastic and their customer service is TOP NOTCH!! I will buy again from this amazing company.

I'm happy but more importantly my neice was over the moon with it! The 2 in 1 diaper bag is fantastic and the little black dress is so adorable. Shipping did take 3 weeks but it was worth it :)

Honestly I wish I could rate them a zero. I purchased an outfit on July 6th, was charged for 3, and then not even sent a tracking number. They tried to blame me for accidently clicking their bonus offer when I told them I clearly "X"ed it. I fought with customer support for a refund for two weeks until they told me that they can only offer me site credit. I saod that wpuld be great if you guys were actually a legitimate business but it's been 3 weeks and I never received a tracking number. They proceeded to send me am expired tracking number. It's now August 24th and I'm still working to dispute the charges because they never actually sent me any items. Save your money, go to a real store. I can't believe they'd follow up to call me a liar even when my message clearly states what happened. I emailed you after receiving 1 confirmation email and you guys took weeks to respond. I even have an email of you offering me a refund which when I accepted you said was no longer an option. I never got the products or my money back so the fact you claim to be a business is pathetic. If you have anything to respond with reread my last sentence. You scammed your customer. You also failed to send a tracking number until after you cancelled the shipping without refunding me. I wouldn't need any size smaller than 18m so the fact that you guys added them on is ridiculous, and I don't know how long your T&C states itll take but it's been over 2 months.

Ordered the slouch romper for my grandaughter and she looks so cute..her Mom loved it so I ordered more in different colors. No shipping issues and the company reaches out to make sure you are satisfied. They have above and beyond customer service. I definitely will make more purchases in the future from them.

Size ridiculous. Age 4 wouldn't fit a 9 month old. I tried! Crazy.

Moonbun was and did everything they said they would.
I was kept completely in the loop via tracking so didn't need to fret about whether or when my order would arrive.
The colourful sneakers I ordered were axactly as advertised and my grandie couldn't believe her eyes.
I'm starting a wish list on the site.

I order 2 clothing items from this company May 31st, and it is August 10th and I still haven't received either item. I sent an email last week asking about said items and was sent a link to the tracking information which I already had and told to just be patient. I guess waiting over 2 months before even reaching out isn't patient, please note the sarcasm in that statement. Not once was I asked if I wanted a refund for those items. I'm extremely dissatisfied and will never order from this company again. I'd recommend you not either.

I love this company and I love their customer service. Sara helped me with my order, and she made shopping so much easier. The clothing is so top-notch. I was looking for clothing that you can’t find in your average store. I wanted to order unique clothing, but at a reasonable price, and this company has it. Whenever I had questions about my order or the clothing or anything else, they responded to my questions quickly. I was surprised because I am here in the US, and I believe that their offices might be outside of the US as far as correspondence goes. They seem to really make their customers their number one priority. If you research their website, you will see that they really care about the environment and that really impressed me. I was very surprised to receive my order quickly even during a pandemic. For those of you living in the United States you’re not going to receive your order overnight. If you are looking for very affordable and reasonably priced products, that are unique and not from your average Target or Macy’s, I encourage you to shop here.

I was so pleased with the attention and service I received when I e-mailed a message about a delay in the arrival of clothes for my grand daughter. They tracked it and found that because of the Covid 19 issues, the US Postal Service was delayed in picking it up. the next day it arrived! More importantly, the company really cared about my situation and helped me. I will shop here again!

Super cute clothes! My neice could not stop dancing around in her new outfit. Customer service is very communicative about shipment status which I appreciated, especially right now.
