Happy with my order!
Delivery took about a month, but I attribute that to Covid-19 and the fact that I’m on the other side of the world. But once I received them I loved them! The clothing looks exactly as described and seems true to size. Communications with company were responded to quickly (usually by following day, again...I’m on the other side of planet) and always answered to my satisfaction. I will definitely purchase from Moonbun Baby again!

I ordered this little red check sunsuit for the 4th of July and it was adorable on her. The size was as expected and the communication from Moonbun from ordering to shipping and follow up was amazing. I will definitely be ordering again

The simplest, but cutest outfit ever!
This company has managed to make the simplest of clothes, especially w/ their jumpers for kids, but yet so unique & adorable that people turn their heads to l👀k at these adorable babies & kids w/ adorable outfits!!!!!! Definitely worth buying an outfit from this company. I can also feel this company stands for all that is good 🥰

SO disappointed! Never again!
I just received my first order from Moonbunbaby and I am intrigued by the wonderful reviews. I checked the reviews before ordering for my infant granddaughter and was excited about the 6 items I ordered. Well, I am beyond disappointed. The quality of every item is extremely poor, the finish on the garments are very poor and there is no labelling of any sort on some of the articles of clothing (size, washing instructions, etc). The infant romper suit has no snaps on the bottom for diaper changes while a larger one does. Go figure. That same romper was to come with a matching headband but it did not come. It seems like it was a very rush job to get the clothing in the mail. I feel I am too embarrassed to give these to my daughter for my granddaughter, especially after showing her the adorable pictures of the items I purchased. I am very confused by some of these rave reviews. As for delivery time, it took about 4 weeks which was okay for me because of COVID. I live in Canada. I am SO disappointed. Never again!

We've tried emailing you but there has been no response, hopefully this reaches you.
We would have loved it if you could have come to us with any communication in regards to the package as we would have made it up to you immediately. If the items did not meet your expectations we would have explained how to return them for a refund. If any of the items was damaged we would send a new one immediately at zero cost.
Kindly note that at Moonbun we are all about comprehension and transparency. We give a 24/7 customer service via contact@moonbunbaby.com and chat that I personally manage the customer support team to make sure the inbox is empty every night.
In regards to the snaps for the infant romper, we offer a variety of onesies with snaps, and others do not have snaps. It is specified in the product pictures.
If, in that case, there was a part of the romper missing, like the headband, again, this is something that we would resend no questions asked. But we never heard from you upon receiving the goods.
There is never a rush in packing, but mistakes happen. I am extremely sorry and it is unexcusable but we would love to make it up to you. I am sorry if that was not clear enough.
I am really sorry that the delay affected your order so much. It is definitely not the Moonbun-experience we wanted to give you.
As per the delay, unfortunately, the COVID situation really affected our delivery times.
We are working daily to try to make the best out of this situation.
As you may be aware, the virus affected some of the carriers and transport facilities.
Luckily things are getting way better now :)
We are happy to say that we are back to our 7-10 day deliveries.
That said, we would love it to make it up to you by resending the correct items or sending a new one as a token of apology. If you would like to return the items as well, please let us know.

The clothes are adorable but more importantly I had excellent customer service from the company. Delivery was held up due to COVID, and I was a bit frustrated, but I received a response same day with each inquiry. One of my items that I ordered unfortunately did not arrive, and I received a refund in less than 24hrs after I requested it. They also made a size change extremely easy! Very happy with the business!

So this was my first experience…
So this was my first experience ordering from this company. I really didn’t know what to expect as far as quality, shipping, customer service etc... To start, my order came quick. I was consistently notified of its shipping status, very easy. I received my order... the toddlers jumper and a skirt and halter set. So I loved the jumper. It’s great quality and just so cute!!! I wasn’t a huge fan of the skirt and halter. It just wasn’t as great as the jumper. But the company contacted me to review the products. So I did, not thinking anything would be resolved or come out of it. They not only were concerned with my not loving the product but they made it better in every way. They were efficient and accommodating. Things you really don’t see now a days. So yes, I would highly recommend this company. I will be purchasing again!

I recently purchased 2 items from Moonbun that I absolutely love - the slouch pantsuit and the flare sleeved jumper. I can't wait to see my granddaughter in them.
Somehow I made a mistake in my initial order and they helped to make it right.

Backless jumper

They have the BEST customer service!!
Due to COVID the shipments were delayed and things took longer than would be normal to arrive. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH, and Sara communicated with me the whole way! The clothes arrived and they are wonderful! They fit great and my granddaughter loves them!! Thank you Moonbun!!

Customer service was fantastic, so generous & helpful! The jumpers were adorable. My only wish would be that they come in larger sizes. Alittle short for my 5 year old as she is but they still look adorable!
