DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MOONBUN. The quality and description of the items will not match what you actually receive. The quality you receive is extremely poor and cheap. I ordered two pairs of maternity pants and the fabric was so cheap and the fitting was even worse. They are not fitted like the website shows and Moonbun is misleading consumers with their website and photos. Furthmore, the product comes from overseas and will take almost a month to receive if you are lucky. When I asked for a return they said I could return, but I had to pay for the shipping and tracking. So basically got half my money back because they did not feel the merchandise they sent me was faulty. SCAM. DO NOT ORDER.

I have been pleased with the prices in relation to the quality of the children’s clothing . Some items were surprisingly very good quality, others were what you would expect for the price . I had to trim some hanging threads on one item. With children growing so quickly out of their clothes, their clothing is not a big investment . However, with my first order for Christmas gifts, I was very disappointed in the time it took me to receive all of them .. at least 5 weeks . My second order was very timely, as I received it in 10 days. But I must say that I felt the customer service was exceptional in their timely response to my questions and concerns. They were friendly and responsive and for my frustration in not receiving my order until 3 weeks after Christmas they offered me a free item which was very good PR in my opinion . . I understand that Covid affected some of their shipping schedules but this to me was their biggest problem . Even so I will continue to purchase from Moonbun

What you see online and what you get are very different. Poor quality, workmanship, and flawed fabric. Some items had size tabs sewn on the outside of the garment and no fabric content labels. The print was running onto the solid garment as well. What a disaster of a product and when you reach out to customer service they say they are so sorry you had this experience but they expect you to pay return shipping if you want a refund. Buyers be aware....... I do NOT recommend this seller.

Bought leggings for my niece who is 19 weeks pregnant. The sizing chart was a bit confusing but we figured it out. When the leggings arrived I was afraid they’d be too small but they stretch nicely and she loves them! I bought two baby outfits as well. They are soft and adorable! No issues with shipping and the service has been excellent with great follow up to see if the items were to my liking. I don’t write reviews often but felt like this one was important o write because this company seems to be getting harsh reviews about shipping during COVID. I find that very disheartening. I had no issues with shipping and loved the products. I love the personal communication and follow up the company has provided. Will buy from them again!

Scam company. Bought the leggings advertised all over their Pinterest. Products are NOT as advertised. If your package ever is delivered (many never are) it takes months. The material of these leggings are harsh and uncomfortable. Not soft at all. They do not rise even up to baby bump yet the picture shows it to completely cover bump. Although waistline and length fits, these are LOW RISE leggings and they're so low the tags sewn in are in my butt crack. I'm in my 2nd trimester and I know these will never fit me in just a few weeks. There's no point in the shape of the waistline because it doesn't even go up to your bump. This model was probably put in a XXL with clips behind her to make it look like this is the true fit. It's not. Way too expensive for such a misleading product. Sad to see this image is all over Pinterest. I went through reviews afterwards (should've done that before purchasing) and they give every customer the same response blaming them and not themselves or claiming they had "no idea there was a problem" when customers have proof in writing they've reached out a ton of times. Often people are not getting their products while also not getting a refund. I will never buy from here again. I guess their business comes from mostly one time buyers.

I found this company on Facebook. I ordered three pairs of the leggings as I was desperate for pants. Due to covid we have no maternity stores anywhere around us. It took 8 weeks for them to arrive. Many emails to the company as I had no shipping information. Then because they said it was sent but actually hadn’t been. Then shipping finally showed but didn’t move for weeks. I of course was concerned that I was scammed. Happened before but not with this company. I received the leggings about four days ago now. I called to cancel my credit card claim. The pants do not fit well. There is no room for your bum and the stitching rips when you pull them on. Not the material it looks like on the ad. I then received a very nasty email from Sarah at moonbun. I will happily share email correspondence if you ask. I would not recommend this company. I’m now so close to delivery I have no time to order anything from anywhere else.

Update further. I ordered Nov 18th. Some two weeks later no tracking. Then the emails started. I only received the leggings Monday so how did you respond to my email about pants not fitting last week? You send me $7.20 back. Because you claimed of delayed shipping. Delayed certainly. I put in a claim last week about the problems. I immediately contacted them to say although the product didn’t fit, it had finally arrived. I was in the process of doing the return Wednesday while waiting at my OBGYN appt and got called in so I never finished. I also told you today after your nasty customer service email that I’m in a stay at hime lockdown in Ontario. I can’t possibly return it now. And it’s been such a pain in the butt I will just donate and never want to hear from you again. Looking over the reviews I see I’m not the only one who has been in this situation with you. Stay clear people.

I found Moonbun a few months ago. I love, love, love, their items. I recently purchased the light sneakers. It is really cute and my niece loves it. Their sneakers can be recharged with your computer. I had a minor issue with my last order, but Moonbun is very reputable and responsive to resolve the issue. This speaks volume for their company and reputation. Their delivery is so very fast. Sometimes faster than orders from US. I will continue to order from Moonbun. You will not be disappointed. Very great company.

I ordered maternity leggings for my daughter. They took some time to arrive, but since I’m in the US and they came from overseas, it was not really a long time, and the tracking was excellent. When they arrived I was concerned that the size was wrong bc the size chart is different. I received a very fast response to my inquiry, and it turns out the size is correct, based on their size chart. My daughter really likes them, and I liked the fact that the waist is adjustable as her belly grows. Excellent quality, reasonable price, very satisfied with the purchase.

I ordered black Moonbun "Unique Maternity Leggings" in black, in two different sizes. Shipping took awhile, I almost forgot I ordered them by the time they arrived! Don't be fooled by the modeled picture. They are not very high rise, in fact they sit well below the belly button. They have a poor cinching mechanism and just fall down your butt. And I have a big booty. The quality of material was so sad, already holes on the crotch/inseam area (they did not arrive this way, but after about a month of use). I have been on the online quest to find good maternity leggings and almost every brand is such a disappointment on quality and durability. The only ones I reach for are my grey Fabletics leggings. Luckily I ordered them months ago BUT good luck getting the size you want at this point in time. They just recently took off the black color from their stock, which I was desperately trying to get my hands on. Then when I decided basically any color available would do since no other brand had matched their comfort/quality, their sizes offered are either XXS or XXXL. Sorry this turned into more of a Fabletics rant, but if you are looking for a good maternity leggings brand they were awesome. Minus, their currently very limited color range/size range and availability.

Edit: Moonbun reached out to me almost immediately after my review. They offered and gave me a full refund and were very interested in remedying the situation. Very prompt customer service which is a plus so I gave them an additional star. Hope this is helpful to others considering their brand.

These are charming, well-designed clothes for the little one. I was pleased!

The items were delivered as ordered. It took a little longer to receive than I was expecting. Once I realized the items were shipping from China, I was a little apprehensive due to a few other purchases from China based companies. I was pleasantly surprised. The items look to be good quality and true to size. They are a gift to my daughter, so have not been tried on/worn yet. The shipping did take a little longer, but tracking was updated pretty regularly; just had to be patient.

Edited, stuff has arrived, disappointed in the quality and finishing but looks like the picture and I'm sure my nephew will get a few wears out of it. Note that it seems these items are made in and come directly from China so this might be what impacts delivery times and probably explains the average quality

They were very helpful from start to finish. I wanted a specific stroller by a specific time due to us going on holiday and Sarah helped me with my shipping questions. The stroller came to us in Illinois very quickly. The stroller itself is awesome. It’s exactly what I needed for my daughter. I got the brown color and it’s beautiful. It’s more like rose gold. I had some issues which they took care of so so quickly and efficiently.

The delivery time and service were both great. The tracking could have been a little more informative but a quick email from me and Moonbun were on it and updated me.
Products I ordered are good quality and look good. Would use them again.

UK BUYERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered some maternity jeans, leggings and knickers around late October, they only arrived today (3+ weeks later) and it's all completely poor quality crap. I'm a small UK woman (size 10 UK) and pregnant with my second, I carry small. I ordered in size large and both came up tiny on me. The leggings looked like they were made for a child and the jeans that were supposed to be cropped were not only very tight around the top but long and flared at the bottom. I couldn't be more disappointed, absolutely nothing like the pictures. Now I'm probably gunna have to wait 3 weeks to get 70 plus quid back and I still have no jeans that fit me. Thanks for absolutely nothing moonbun!

I have nothing but great things to say about my purchase! The clothing for my grandkids are adorable and the quality is very good. Customer service was excellent.

I’m in Southern California for a few days to see my newborn granddaughter and I’m thrilled with the quality of the clothes that arrived. They’re really nice and my son and his wife love them, too. I’m glad I ordered from Moonbunbaby!

I buy from this site for presents for my grandniece, she’s an active petit (3 months prem when born) redhead, with attitude to match and loves the clothes I’ve bought from moonbun, the colours are great ,plenty of choice with freedom of movement important when you’re chargingabout in the garden!
No problems with sizing or quality. Delivery a bit slow, but present difficulties with covid to blame for that I expect. Just factor it in!
