I am extremely happy with the three jumpsuits I ordered. The ordering was easy, the shipping time was relatively quick and my overall experience with Moonbun was very positive. If/when they get more products for women, specifically something with a full shoulder strap or short sleeve (so I can easily wear my bra without showing the straps) I will be happy to make another order 😊

Love this jumper! So comfy and I just ordered 3 more. Already washed it and no shrinkage. Comfy beyond and have already had compliments on it!

Achtung, werben auf der Website mit kostenlose Rückgabe und Umtausch . Leider verhält es sich nicht so . Allerdings mein Fehler, mich dadurch blenden zu lassen und nicht genau in den Bedingungen zu lesen . Teurer Versand auf eigene Kosten an eine Adresse in Spanien . Überdies billigste China Ware . Weiß nicht woher diese guten Bewertungen her kommen . Meine Erfahrung ist leider vollkommen eine andere. Rate, da nichts zu bestellen . Die Aufmachung der Website entspricht nicht dem Inhalt .

I’m only giving a 4 stars bc of shipping time, but I honestly feel that will improve. My order got held up in customs. With that being said, I love the dresses and purses I ordered and corresponding with this company has been very timely and personal. I will order from them again.

Bought a slouch outfit for my little girl in grey. I saw it advertised on Instagram and I just had to buy it. If came sooo quick and the whole buying process was very quick & easy. When it arrived, I checked it over and it's perfect. Such a lovely material. Can't wait for my little girl to be big enough to wear it. Thank you very much!

I’m always leery about doing business online with stores I’m not familiar with, because I have been burned in the past. Clothes I’ve ordered look nothing like what is shown on the website and the quality is sub par. Moonbunbaby is a surprising exception! Their quality and customer service are exceptional! I’ve referred so many of my friends!

Just to let you know how pleased I was with the outfits I ordered. My granddaughter just loved them. The colors were vibrant and the patterns were great. My only complaint would be that you don't make enough styles in larger sizes.

A friend showed me the slouch jumpsuit she ordered for her granddaughter, and I had to do the same. The slouch jumpsuit is adorable and my granddaughter was very happy to receive it. She’s 5, I bought the size 6. Fits her well and will likely last a few summers. Looks very comfortable, I wish they came in grown up sizes.

I complained that Moonbun were reluctant to exchange a damaged garment because due to the pandemic, I had not unpacked it for almost a year.
I had a very friendly message from Sara who agreed to make an exception to their policy in my case.
I am very pleased with the outcome and have ordered more things for my grandchildren .

I ordered several outfit, 3 romper, short set, and jumper dress. I bought a bonus romper, but ordered the wrong size. Customer service took care of changing it to the correct size immediately. They were swift, professional, and kind. The clothes arrived this week and they are totally adorable. My granddaughter loves the rompers! She dances and prances it them! Moon in has lovely clothing and I will continue to shop here.

I purchased a Luxe 3 in 1 stroller from this company on April 22nd and I believe the shipping information is what's making this company look bad. I haven't seen any movement as of this day 5/2/21. Everyday I track the number and never see any movement from China. I also thought it was a scam like many others. I also get a quick response from the company. Hopefully, before the end of May I receive my stroller as described in the picture. Not sure of the outcome, but I will keep you guys informed. Still waiting in NC!

I bought two items - a sun dress and a slouch jumpsuit. I LOVE them! The are so cute and they seem well made.
They arrived this week, just in time to go into the birthday box to be sent today to my granddaughter.
I am looking forward to seeing pictures of her in them.
Ordering and shipping was easy - the hardest part was deciding what to purchase!

I rarely take the time to write long, detailed reviews like this, but as my purchase at Moon-bun turned out to be one of the more bizarre online shopping experiences I ever had – here we go:

I ordered three pairs of their maternity leggings (German online shop). I’m 1,70cm/63 kg/14 weeks along and ordered one pair in my regular size 36/38 and two for the more progressed pregnancy months in size 40/42 – standard EU sizes. The next day I received an e-mail that I should not be worried upon arrival of the items, as the labelled sizes may not match the sizes I had ordered – however, Moonbun would ensure that the correct size based on the selected local website is delivered. Fine.

When the items arrived after two weeks - coming directly from China, where they had been produced - I could not believe what I found when I unpacked the leggings: though two were labelled as Large and one as Medium, they looked excessively small. Like child’s pants! I skipped the smaller one and only tried on one of the ‘large’ ones. As expected, they did not fit at all. They ended two hands (!) above my ankle and did not cover my belly at all. The seams were not where they should be.

The next day I contacted customer service, explained the issue and declared my wish to return the items. I received an immediate respond that they were sorry the leggings did not fit and that I could of course return it. Furthermore, I was told that I would have to send the three pairs to an NGO in Spain at my own expense. When I asked for free return shipping instead, they immediately refused and argued that they had not made a mistake, and according to their policies, therefore do not have to cover return shipment costs. In other words: if I do not pay for the return shipment myself, Moonbun will not reimburse the purchase price. Even though the mistake was clearly on their side as they had not sent me the correct sizes!

I wrote back a harsh e-mail requesting a free return opportunity within one week and received a one-sentence-answer: “we have reimbursed the purchase price.” No further explanation, no information on a return possibility, no apology.
I’m wondering whether the production costs for Moonbun in China are so low, that returning an item is not a cost effective option for them in general, which might be the reason why they try to free from the responsibility for their own errors and instead put the blame on the customer. My impression: cheaply produced low-quality products covered in a nice marketing strategy and presented with unrealistic pictures.
I will donate the leggings to a local NGO in my hometown to prevent the already high carbon footprint from growing even further. However, I'm not sure they will fit any grown-up woman.
At least I got my money back.

I ordered children’s clothes for my three year old granddaughter and am extremely pleased with the clothing. All of the pieces are adorable and seem to be well made. They haven’t been tried out yet as I bought them as a gift for her birthday which we just celebrated a couple of days ago but I feel sure they will be just great. Shipping was not bad. Did not take as long as I thought it might have to arrive. I have already ordered my second set of clothes for my granddaughter and I anticipate purchasing more from Moonbun. They have so much to choose from also. Kudos to Moonbun.

I am really happy with my items the fit and quality are both good. Jan was extremely helpful with her customer service, I waited almost 4 weeks for my goods to arrive and she tried her best to locate the goods and update me as much as she possibly could. I really hope they get the shipping sorted because it’s the only thing that’s letting them down. I would definitely buy from them again , I would just lower my expectations in the time I would receive my items. Thank you and wish your company the best of luck
