I sent a Montane Gore-Tex jacket to the Montane factory for a zip replacement. It was a hassle-free and reasonably priced experience.

I really like the Montane clothing
I really like the Montane clothing. Very well made and durable. Sizing fairly accurate which reduces need to return. Delivery is always excellent.
Pricing is competitive with other premium brands.

I had a faulty zip on a Montane…
I had a faulty zip on a Montane waterproof jacket that was clearly brand new and unworn. I returned it and it was very well repaired but it cost me £25. On a jacket that had already cost over £250 I was disappointed that the repair was not done free as a courtesy but after reviewing the case, Montane customer service reached out to me and covered the cost of the repair. Excellent customer service from a top draw outdoor brand.

Excellent Repair Service
I sent my husband‘s Montaine jacket in for repair as it had a tear on the sleeve. It was easy to send the coat to them with details of the damage and what was required. I received a confirmation email on the day they received the parcel and within a week the jacket was sent back fully repaired brand-new.

Please do not use DPD
The product is just what I wanted and I would have given it five stars if it was not for the delivery. The DPD delivery was terrible. They gave very little notice of delivery so I was not in. The package was small(beanie) and more than easily would fit through the letter box. DPD then took it to a collection point three miles away. They gave me a collection date up to the Wednesday. I walked on the Monday to pick it up only to find DPD had picked it as a return to supplier two days early.
On contacting Montane they sorted it out straight away and sent my package via Royal Mail. I received it the following day and it was posted through my letter box.
This is not my first experience with DPD!!!

Montane terra pants.
Placed my order on a Sunday evening,and it arrived by tuesday afternoon,great service,I purchased a pair of montane terra pants for the second time,as i was so happy with the first pair.In my opinion these trousers are true to size,but also nice to have the stretch waistband.

Fast, efficient and reliable service
Sent Montane my gore-tex shell on a Tuesday. It needed a zip repair. Received my fully repaired jacket back on the Friday. Amazing service. Standout efficiency. I'm really happy. Jacket now back in daily use. Well done Montane!
