Excellent support on product replacement
Excellent follow up and advice when I needed to return and replace my waterproof trousers with a smaller size. All very smooth and replacement arrived quickly. The trousers are really good quality.

Just received my jacket back from the repair and it’s a perfect. Can not see where the tear is at all? The process to get it send off and received was very simple and with a fast turn around.

Fantastic customer service excellent…
Fantastic customer service excellent products! Took my extreme jacket for a walk camp on helvellyn and kept me very warm and comfortable in 50-60 mph gusts and snow showers

Montane great. DPD useless as normal
Nothing to do with montane more to do with their choice if deliverer
Dpd did not ever try to deliver the package. Time came and went and it was never tried. The picture of attempted delivery was of somewhere nowhere near me (ie not on the street at all). Had to goto their local pickup point which was nowhere local.
So basically dpd showing their usual shittiness.

Best outdoor brand by far!
I’ve been working in the outdoors for many years, previously used other brands and started using Montane many years ago when they were in their infancy and I’ve never gone back! Quality gear, quality support, amazing customer care and they are doing their bit to be environmentally conscious. Would always recommend to my clients, keep up the good work!

I've got Montane Men's Caldus XT Hooded Fleece Jacket, Midnight Grey / XXL, MR25-Y3SWKP8Q.
And this one is nice for thermo, but there is one issue - it looks like the shoulders are moved a little back. Other jackets of same size fits well
