What you’ve described—missing parts, poor communication around delivery, and concerns with the product quality—is not the standard we aim to deliver, and we fully understand why this has led to such disappointment, especially given the investment you made.

We sincerely apologise for the lack of communication regarding your split delivery and for the inconvenience of receiving incomplete items. This should have been clearly communicated, and we recognise how disruptive this was when you came to assemble the set. We’re also very concerned to hear about the manufacturing issues you’ve highlighted, including the missing drill hole, misaligned fittings, and overall finish of the product.

In addition, we regret that you felt unsupported when chasing updates. Not receiving promised follow-ups is unacceptable, and we are reviewing this internally to ensure it does not happen again.

We can see that our team has reached out via B&Q's messaging platform to request further details so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. If you’re willing, we would still very much like the opportunity to put this right—whether that’s through replacement parts, a resolution on the product itself, or another suitable outcome.

Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and it will be shared with both our product and logistics teams to help drive improvements.
