Awful company made a pre order was not delivered to me on day one or even dispatched. Does not respond to emails to save a extra few pounds go somewhere else not worth it with them never ordering anything again from them

There was an issue with my delivery which went astray! However, the customer service team sorted it immediately and it was delivered the following day. Incidentally the TNT driver was superb. The item I purchased was the best value around (four stroke petrol post hammer)

SCAM ! AVOID

This company is not trust worthy whatsoever. They don't respond to emails, I've sent over 20 now and the phone goes straight to voicemail. I would seriously be careful using this company, in fact i would definitely avoid. £500 down but I will be taking this further to the financial ombudsman!!

Scam website, their email address does not exist so if you need to contact them it is impossible. I wanted to cancel a pre order but could not as there was no way to contact them and their customer service form on the website never gives any reply's. I had to go through papal to sort out this issue and wasted much of my time.
Avoid especially if you are spending a lot of money as there will be a lot of hassle to go through to get your money back if something goes wrong.

Bought garden furniture from them, really bad quality, screws missing, glass is smashes, reached out to them by email and still haven't heard anything from them… do not recommend!

Dreadful customer service. Goods very poorly packaged so arrived broken. Replacement part even more badly packed so even more broken.. Goods returned but no sign of any refund yet

Commande chez Monster shop via…le site Leclerc. Commande bac à graisse sous évier. Problème de conception(mauvaise équerrage soudure des éléments) panier de nettoyage bloqué. Toujours pas remboursé, toujours pas le bon retour.

My item didn’t get delivered to the right address contacted monster shop maybe ten times every few days as they said they’d get back in 2 working days on their form but was completely ignored. Almost a month later still unresolved. Shocking service.

The display counter I ordered was advertised as next-day delivery, but it took well over a week to arrive. When it finally turned up, only part of the counter was delivered, making it impossible to use properly. To make matters worse, some of the corners were damaged and broken.
There were also no assembly instructions included and no screws or fixing hardware supplied, making it impossible to assemble the counter properly or even check whether all the parts had been delivered.
I contacted customer service to report the missing parts, damage, missing screws, and lack of instructions, but so far I have received no response. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating, especially as the delay has affected the opening of my shop.
Advertising next-day delivery and then delivering over a week later is misleading. Poor customer service, damaged goods, incomplete delivery, missing screws, and no assembly instructions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Monster Shop.

Where do I start ordered 2 packs of composite wall cladding for next day delivery a week later I still don’t have my order even though it advises fulfilled.
A delivery of wrong items was received and returned consisting of decking edging screws and clips.
I have requested a refund as no longer want anything to do with this company and waiting on this as emails are not responded to frequently, phone line have a limited service.
This is my order. If you go on the website they are still accepting orders for next day delivery.

I missed all these bad reviews before ordering through these guys and kind of wish i'd read them now. I pre ordered the new 007 first light game for PS5 and it came on time in good condition which was brilliant, however there was no DLC code provided even though it was advertised on their website. Contacted them immediately regarding this a few times and they still haven#t responded. It's clear that if you have an issue, they don't seem to want to help (they promise a response within 48 hours, apparently that's not true).

I would say use this company at your own risk, there's better independent game shops that actually respond to customers queries.

Edit: They have just responded to my email after chasing and have provided me with a DLC code, so bumping the review up to 4 stars.

I've now ordered from Monster-Shop four times and never been disappointed. Each time I've received a confirmation email, and delivery within 2-3 days (bar one pre-order that was delivered on Day of release).

I've also emailed them about upcoming games asking if they will be stocking them and always received a prompt reply.

Before judging the overall review score, note that there is another website called Monstershop that don't sell video games which seems to be bringing the overall review down.

Will continue to use for all physical releases!

Delivered to the wrong address, and two weeks later they still haven’t managed to organise a collection. Despite this being entirely their mistake, they are insisting the item must be returned before they will send out a replacement to the correct address.

The lack of accountability and urgency is extremely disappointing. Communication has been poor throughout, and resolving what should have been a straightforward issue has taken far too long.

I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Disgraceful.. promised next day delivery. 10 messages later still no response.

On Tuesday, March 17th, I ordered 20 storm blue carpet tiles from this company. Although the payment was successfully processed, I have not yet received an invoice or a reference number for tracking the delivery. The following day, I reached out to customer service using the contact number provided on your website and explained my situation to a representative. She confirmed that my order was received and DHL were delivering the order and she then requested to verify my email address, which was already included in the order details. She assured me that she would send the necessary information, but I am still awaiting its arrival.

I ordered a sugarcane machine for next day delivery on the Friday I’m received on Monday. It has definitely been used scratches all over it and even the plastics coming away from the machine. I’m not happy at all I want to upload the pictures so you can see let me see if I can do that

Bad experience with this company . I order an item which was needed asap. They sent through the wrong items and refused to give me the items I ordered until I had sent back the wrong item that was sent . Terrible experience

Ordered an item on the 3rd of January with 48hr delivery. The money was taken by Monster-shop however after 13 daysI have still not received the item. I have emailed their customer service through their portal twice and despite the portal claiming that they will respond within 2 working days that promise was also not fulfilled. I have emails confirming that processing has been completed but I have not received any tracking information for the item and there is no way to contact the company outside of their portal. It seems that this experience is not a one off as there are a number of other reviews from customers who have experienced the same issues. Very disappointing service. I would absolutely recommend that people avoid purchasing from this company as they seem happy to take your money without providing the products that you order.

Ordered a switch game on the 3rd of January with 48 hour dispatch, received an email 2 days later advising the order had been processed. They had already taken the money on the 3rd and sat on it for 2 days by this point. On the 10th the item had not arrived I had also received no tracking and their website advised I had no orders outstanding.
I contacted customer service who claimed Royal mail had lost it and they would refund - I already knew this was a lie as their own website had no record of the order being placed and they had provided no tracking. They still had the game I had ordered but had increased the price by £12.

So what they had actually done was taken my money, earnt interest on it - await contact and then engaged a slow refund process.
