The control stopped working so contacted them on Wednesday and received a new one 3 days later.
After a few emails with Amaya it was sorted very quickly.
Great customer service provided, thanks.

The product quality is terrible. The digital controller breaks down after a couple of months.
It might be cheap but it is not worth the hassle. We had a few in our family and all of them went dead after a couple of months.
Pity because the blanket itself is good.

My heated blanket stopped working within a year. Contacted customer service, who said they’d send a replacement but it never arrived. Constant chasing via email for an update have been ignored. Bad product, bad service.

Absolutely ridiculous customers service and the blanket stopped working after 2 weeks, I called to complain and they had the AUDACITY to send me an empty box. Im horrified.

Never ever ever buy ANYTHING from this company! I was gifted an electric blanket which after a short while of using it stopped working. I have contacted that customer service via email & been in touch with a lady called Amaya who may I add has been absolute no help at all! When I have specifically asked her 3 times for a contact details for management & a complains policy/procedure she point blank ignores my email.

I have been going round and round in circles with this electric blanket issue, all I am asking for is a replacement as it has only been a quarter of a year and it has already broke, I have full warranty as I made sure I registered it online, however the issue is that I don't have a order number as I didn't purchase it myself & so they are unable to exchange.

This has been an on-going issue for a number of weeks, and I have explained this over and over to Amaya who doesn't happen to budge or offer anything else.

There isn't even a contact phone number on their website.

I would 100% advise to stay away from this company who clearly don't value or care about their customers.

Purchased a dehumidifier Nov 2022 started going wrong. Contacted monhouse under warranty early March. 10 days till reply came emailed again 1 mth no reply. Contacted amazon. 1 day sorted picked up returned amazon refunding Monhouse 1star

Customer service helpful and quickly responded and resolved the problem with my heated throw. I highly recommend them!

Had to send a faulty product back. No messing, no quibbling, great communication and quick resolution. Great company, thank you.

I had slight issue with blanket remote not working.Hassan was excellent at replies and replacing with a new remote.

Edit: numerous emails back & forth and new handset has been sent . Works well now, customer service bit slow with bounce back emails but sorted eventually.

If I could give no stars I would do. Bought a heated throw not 4 months ago and the handset has malfunctioned. No response other than automated email.

Ordered a heated throw but stopped working after 6 weeks due to control unit malfunctioning. Notified customer services but still awaiting a reply. Numerous ratings confirming the product stopped working after a few weeks.

Order placed on 12th January - Nearly a month later, not received item or any response from this company. Will be referring matter to Trading Standards & now going through process to try & recoup losses.

Terrible company, got burned from one of their electric blankets and go completely fobbed off. Currently working with my solicitors to send them a letter

Honestly after reading the negative reviews wasn't sure about the customer service for monhouse but have been pleasantly surprised with them. I emailed them about my faulty remote for my electric throw. It took a few days for them to respond but when they did they immediately offered me a replacement remote - no hassle. shout out to Chloe, thank you for your great customer service!

Total time wasters.
No idea how they gave 1000’s of happy customers. Warranty is useless as they don’t respond to anything. Only way is via small claims court.

Used this company last year for my heated blanket. Did not use during very hot summer. Used from October to January. Blanket broke, contacted them 5 times with no reply , then they said they would replace unit control, nearly month later haven't heard a thing. Hassle don't use them buy somewhere else.

I purchased a foot warmer for my mother for Christmas, unfortunately she did not want it. I have since returned the item within the 30 days window.

I returned it without any notification from the company.

I have heard nothing from them since.

PERHAPS SOMEBODY WOULD BE KIND ENOUGH TO RESPOND.

UPDATE 30TH JANUARY. I HAVE STILL HEARD NOTHING.

Brought a heated throw stopped working after 4 weeks of being used for a couple of hours a day tried to contact Monhouse did not reply to any of the several emails i sent them and no contact phone number avoid this company like the plaque Amazon should remove them as a 3rd party seller from their site.
