Purchased a 1500 ml dehumidifier in April 2026. It stopped working in May 2026. Provided them with order number etc. and they then requested a photo/video of the appliance. I asked how this would illustrate the problem as the only sign it was not working, other than the fact that it was collecting no water, was that the green light was not on. I was ignored from then on. Took the matter up with B & Q through whom I had purchased the dehumidifier, who initially provided good service. I then went away for a few days and returned to find an email from B & Q stating that Monhouse informed them I had not provided a video/photo. B & Q then chose to close my enquiry, so their service was pretty poor also. Needless to say will not be buying anything else from Monhouse and have only given them one star because there is no 'no star' option available.

Very disappointed with this company. My tower heater needed the two halves of the molded base pushed together before being screwed to the base.they were badly made and I struggled with this easy job.i broke the items. When I contacted product services they basically didn't understand what I was saying when I said I needed a replacement base plus the missing very small screws needed to secure the base . They asked me for video/photo evidence and then did not understand what the problem was then basically ignoring me out by not replying or responding to my emails.i will not recommend Monhouse to anyone. Keep away from this awful company and their rude staff that do not speak or understand the English language

I contacted this company and was amazed how quickly they followed up my enquiry. After speaking to the delightful Magdalena who gave me helpful advice which allowed me to make a good decision.
My experience was that the controller on the luxury electric blanket which I bought in March 2024 had stopped working and it appears that I didn’t complete the warranty form( lesson learnt)
I am surprised that there are so many negative views on the customer services but my experience has been very positive

Disgusting customer service, I reached out to customer service after my purchased heated blanket was faulty.

Despite this company saying they will replace under warranty, instead ignored all correspondence from me as the buyer.

I would not recommend using this company and use your money elsewhere, they sell faulty goods, do not honour the warranty or refund! Avoid at all costs

Heated throw just stopped working after 9 months. Still in 'supposed' Warranty.

Not one reply or phone ever answered . No voicemail.
Possible scam . Zero communication.

Ordered a small rotating heater, it does the job really well only issue is the rotation became faulty after just a few months and now a full year later it’s basically completely knackered you can coax a few turns out of it before it stops but it still heats up the studio rather well just takes a little longer now

I have twice had to return the plug when it has failed after only a few uses, I have written to them and indicated that this might be a design fault, and even dangerous, with no reply other than to send a new plug on one occasion, on the second occasion they have not replied at all, they have no phone numbers that you can call… the customer services on the email just to tell you that you’ve been logged and then never reply… the problem with companies like this is that they get to a certain scale and don’t really care anymore for every single customer because they’re doing enough business not to bother….a recipe for greedy owners to sell…or the business will fail eventually as we turn off…

I have only used the heated over blanket for a short time but found it quick to warm up, soft, silky and luxurious. It is so easy to wrap around my legs and body . Delighted.

I had a problem with my dehumidifer, it was 10 months old and stopped working. I contacted the support email address to explain what the problem was. I received a response to my email the next day and within 2 days received a replacement dehumidifer. Shaira who dealt with my issue kept me informed and is a credit to the company. Top marks from me.

I made the mistake of buying a few of this company's blankets and wish I'd gone elsewhere. Despite being barely used and within a three year warranty period I registered for they denied all knowledge of it and refused to help me.

The problem was that the blankets weren't very good quality to start with but then the dreaded P error came up. This means the power supply has failed rendering the blanket useless. As I barely used it I asked them for some help to which they said they were happy to help and sent me a link to buy another one!

Quite unbelievable and despite many emails they just refuse to help. I even had a photo of the page where I had written the time and date I had registered the product. They wouldn't honour this as they said they didn't have it on their system.

Barely usd since purchase and both controllers have stopped working.
No replacement available so basically the whole lot is landfill despite being virtually new.
Outside of the years warranty so no refund oe replacement offered...complete waste if money ***AVOID ***

Excellent customer service from a small company. Much better than any of the big high street organisations! I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. I had a problem with my foot warmer but the issue was resolved very quickly

Received my 12L Dehumidifier and it was well packaged .

I have found the heated throw to be great, keeps me toasty warm in my bed, all night.

DO NOT BUY a electric blanket from this company, I did, what a mistake!

Terrible, do not buy anything from this company. My electric blanket stopped working (again, this is my third - they’ve all failed within a short time and with light use). They’ve now decided that it’s my fault for using the blanket whilst folded, which is utter rubbish. Their products are clearly not designed to last and the customer service is absolutely dreadful. It’s not possible to speak to anybody, they take months to reply to emails and then they make stuff up at random until you admit defeat. Best avoided.
