Our puppy seemed to like the bed, which was a good start, but I did think the quality looked pretty poor (and much flatter than the pictures).

We'd had the bed (and the dog) for just over 4 weeks and it's trashed. Pup chewed straight through it and I had to fish lots a small wads of the stuffing out of his mouth and throat.

And although it says the beds are washable you'd have to find a launderette with an xxl machine to be able to wash the larger size - no removable cover. To be honest it would have needed washing if i'd kept it, because it had started to stink - our crate mat and the pups blankets dont smell
though, so must be to do with the materials (which incidently dont look very 'natural').

I feel as though i was ripped off.

We have 2 female re-homed dogs. The Vizsla came with her own bed. The Ridgeback came with nothing and has always slept on the sofa. Of late however there has been a re-shuffling of beds in the night. It was obvious the Ridgeback needed her own bed. The sofa bed fit the bill perfectly. This is a superb bed for a sofa, we no longer have problems settling the Ridgeback down at night. She loves it. We now have problems trying to get her out of bed in the mornings.

Would give no stars if it allowed! Complete waste of money and trying to return item, sent several emails and no reply, the customer service is non existent! Don’t waste your money there are far better cheaper beds than this rubbish! Awful company and should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook!

My dog absolutely Loves the Calming Bed . Wait 24 hrs for it to fill out .From the moment it was ready , she's been in it . She took to it immediately. She's obsessed . Great value for money . Arrived Early . Great experience

When I unwrapped my dog calming bed, I was a little disappointed until I read the instructions. You must shake, play, punch, rub the foam/fluff very well. I did it each day for 3 days and my dog bed now looks like the photos on their website. It’s brilliant! It looks very comfortable and is well made. I’m very pleased that I purchased it. My dog just loves it and sleeps peacefully in it! Thank you NaturalCalm.

I was quite sceptical at first but I am amazed at this calming bed. We had been trying to get our staffy and dachshund to sleep on a bed beside our bed for ages but they always ended up creeping back onto our bed in the early hours. Since getting the calming bed they both genuinely get in it at 10pm and we don’t get disturbed until 6am - they both love it and so do we!

I, unfortunately, bought quite a few items from this company and was so disappointed, the size of things are way smaller than advertised and awful quality!!

Again coming from the sweat shops in China!!

SCAM!! Don’t waste your money!!I ordered a calming dog bed that looked plush in the photos. What I received is nothing like the photos it’s very poor quality, thin filling and total waste of money!!Customer service is absolutely diabolical because there isn’t any - you are just getting automated replies by AI bot so that’s money lost!!

My parcel delivery was extremely quick and my beautiful greyhound was so excited she was all over it - it took we ages to unpack it!!! once open she was in it and definitely loves it and rarely gets out of it -scores 100% from crystal greyhound2

this natural calm bed was delivered in record time ,and my miniature schnauzer was straight into after i opened it out and put it on the floor,and she really loves it

Our Jack Russell, Boo Boo, loves the bed as it nice and fluffy and soft. Also, she has never had a new bed all of her very own. Delivery was pretty quick and the quality seems good. So, all in all, happy dog owners.

Poor quality material. Doesn't calm your dog at all.... it doesn't breathe.. so leaves condensation underneath..
Stuffing is bad and useless... worst dog bed I've ever seen. Don't waste your money. Over priced rubbish

Ordered two beds then 24 hours later was told colour was out of stock but they were still showing available on website.
Quality of beds are very poor, photos show dogs sinking into a plush bed. Reality is beds are flimsy and don’t plump up enough for a dog to rest comfortably. Stuffing is unevenly distributed and clumpy.
Email sent to customer services a few days ago and so far no reply.

My lurcher who I’ve just taken on from my mother and father in law as they have both been in hospital my father in law with dementia .snd my mother in law due to a fall and 5 fractures of the neck.
Theo is getting on along with my two cairns and a Westie all loving the new bed.

I'm still waiting for a product that I ordered on 11/01/26. I contacted them after 2 weeks to ask where the product was only to find they didn't have it in stock (but it said they did have it on their website). I made an enquiry and was offered another bed in a different colour which I chose. I have just found out (after another enquiry) that they are currently restocking and my product will be sent "soon". Complete nonsense. Don't buy from this company.

We have a cocker spaniel puppy and he loves this bed so much we bought 2. He prefers the bed to his crate so we have one for the kitchen and one for our bedroom, I work in a garden office and he happily sleeps in this while I work. The customer service was fantastic and I feel this is value for money compared to other beds.
