My wife ordered this Christmas present for family without my knowing and b4 I could check out the company online. The product was absolute junk (though the advertising made it look pretty appealing!) and we had ordered 3! They would not honor a return and stopped replying to my communications. Admittedly, the return was after their 30 day (after purchase) warranty period; but when it takes nearly 3 weeks to arrive from China, that leaves little time to work with (plus, the busy holiday season didn't help). Would never order from them again.

Man! I wish I had verified this company MODERNMINT before ordering from this company. I ordered a great advertised stream iron, it took two weeks for delivery. I got it looks good but is worthless I called around 11:00 am Eastern time and their voicemail says they are closed. Anyway, the product did not work as advertised. I will never purchase anything from Pinterest again.
We must do our research on these so-called companies to not get, got!

This company is a scan. Never received my order. The tracking number they give you shows my order was delivered to another country than the address provided. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM‼️‼️‼️‼️

This site came through on a Pinterest feed. I ordered two games as Christmas gifts and have not received them. I went directly to the site and emailed them and did not get a response. PLEASE do not order from them. It must be a scam.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. What a disgrace! The amount of money I spent on useless product and the steps they want me to go through to send back... This company sucks!

Paper cutter is a piece of junk. I can't even cut a piece of copy paper, yet alone card stock. I tried to post a picture but can't figure out how to do it. I called and emailed today 9/12/23. Will try to update post later.

Ordered “Magic Broom” and received it in small mail pouch which was my first clue that this was NOT going to be what was pictured on their site. I opened to find 3 pieces. The metal tubes were flimsy and they did not match up so could not even put it together. Even if I could put it together it was made for someone under 3 feet tall.
I emailed the company but don’t expect any help as this was obviously a total scam.
DO NOT Order anything from this company.

I Ordered two items 1/25/23,
Cost $79.95 (reasonable)
Metal Shear Adapter for Drill,
Chain Saw Adapter for Drill.
Had a problem tracking items ordered from China (first negative hint).
Finally, tracking number and received and product delivered 2/23/23.
Problem 1, only one product received was Metal Shear Adapter for Drill! Customer Support telephone Number on site, no one answers. Customer support email will try to help but I think they are in US, Real Support Team in China. China Support Team says (chain saw) sent in same box as Metal Shear Unit.
Problem 2, they say a little chain sent in same box as Shear Unit but is only a chain for their advertised product that I also bought but did not receive. Box with Shear Unit was only 2”H x 4”W x 10”L and was not nearly large enough to contain both products as the Support Team was insisting.
Had to contact Credit Card Company to dispute Fraud!
Don’t buy from ModernMint, it is a scam site!!!!!

Don’t order from this company as they are NEVER open to take your call!! Wish I would have found this site prior to ordering. They sent me the wireless auto curler but it doesn’t work like they said it would!

On Jan 5th 2023 I placed a order for your Cordless Car Vaccuum.Never received, no good customer service,My CC was charged the same day of order. This needs to come to the attention for fraudulent companies, for theft. I have turned your so called company into Fraudulent business bureau to investigate. You wil be hearing from them. I give your guys a 0. You scammers. Im sorry I ever ordered from. This no good place. You took my money never received my order you guy's gave me a bogus tracking number that can not be found. And your fd up customer service is crap. They respond 1 time to my emails. You are fraud.

Scam. I ordered a month ago and have not received the product. I tried to leave a review on their website, and it never showed up. The reviews are either fake or they only allow 5 start reviews. "Michael's" responses to requests for status are vague and don't give any information. The package has now been in LA for 5 days after being at the China airport for two weeks. Have to go out and get a different Christmas gift to replace this, which would probably be junk if I did receive it after seeing the reviews here. All the reviews on their site are stellar.

If I could give a (- Minus) negative review I would. This company and the customer service is terrible. I ordered in September and still have not received it. Thank heavens my back will reverse the charge. Don't ever order from this company. It will only give you grief and frustration. Terrible, terrible terrible.

I wish I had read these reviews first. I purchased two of the cordless vacuums. Pieces of crap. These were made in China and if you want a refund you have to send it back to China or they will give you .20 on the dollar. Ripoff.

I wish I would have came here first. To see all the negative comments.i was sent a tracking number, I sent a email because on tacking site it said not found for a week and a half only to be lied to and be told it's on its way and our customer support is on it. The whole time I was requesting a refund.

Scammers. They sent me a completely different item that I bought. Arrived more than a month later. I have to pay for shipping if return it. They recommend pay for tracking number if returned so no less than 10 dollars for an item that it worth $3 being generous. Don't buy anything there. I will like to show pictures but it is not possible here.

This is a scam. Ordered a felting kit on 8/24/22 and have yet to receive. I have emailed three times and left phone message twice to no avail! Evidently they are never there?
I will deal with the bank now and get charge removed.

I agree with all the others regarding my purchase from MM. I received the leaf covered lattice also and it is definitely NOT what I expected. I could have bought something more acceptable at the Dollar Store. So now, judging from everything I've read, its probably hopeless that I have a chance of getting a refund. I not only emailed for a RMA # and I also called the # on there site but of course no one is ever available. Dummy me also!! I know better now to check for reviews before buying ):

Product description was misleading. Customer service was non-existent (by phone OR by email)! Buyer beware!

I agree with all the other one star reviews...wish there was a minus set of stars. I ordered a leaf covered expandable lettuce. Not even close to the pictures...expands to only about 1' foot by about 4 feet with the fewest leaves as possible...no privacy potential at all! So sorry I didn't check reviews before ordering it...dummy me!!! Don't ever order from this company. Why are they still on Pinterest??? Don't they care about customers??? May stop using Pinterest since you can't trust them to check out businesses...rather rip-offs
