Worst experience ever with a vendor. They replied to initial order that it was incomplete, and after 2 more tries to complete it, a day later responded was that I had ordered 3 of the product. Immediately cancelled 2 but cancellation was ignored and I was sent 3--well beyond the date it was promised. Returned immediately with postal receipt but they deny receiving it.

HORRIBLE! This company absolutely does not deserve ONE star! I was promised a refund and for over two months I haven’t received anything. I have continuously emailed them only to receive the response that my message will be forwarded to the billing department. I really wish I had checked the reviews prior to my purchase!

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. I purchased a Stanley Star Wars Tumbler and received a knock off brand. I made the purchased and checked the reviews here and requested a cancellation immediately. They got back to me asking me what changed my mind. (I’m sure they’ve seen these reviews). They insisted to send me my package to see if I would like it and change my mind. I said no I wanted to cancel my order. They said that since it had already been processed and shipped it would be impossible. I sent them a message directly from their website 5-10 minutes after ordering it! And they told me this 2 weeks after I had already ordered it. So after I had requested a cancellation they still went and processed and shipped my order. I’ve been trying to dispute it and going back to an archive website they kept editing the page. When I went back to the page they had removed the Stanley logo off the photo. But I had the screenshot prior to purchasing it that said Stanley. Well now they deleted that page of the Star Wars Stanley tumbler. I kept it save and now it says “404 page not found”. How convenient. I’m just gonna go dispute it with my bank and I suggest everyone does too. Warn everybody about this page!

Deliberate Scam – Deceptive Product + Impossible Return Policy

This company uses fake photos and even a video of cutting natural crystal to trick customers into thinking they are buying genuine mineral products. I bought two “Mineral Crystal Mugs” and received cheap plastic cups with a strong chemical smell.

I requested a refund and was offered credit or partial refunds instead. I declined and arranged an international return to China, at my own expense. But they refused to provide even basic customs clearance information (such as recipient ID), making it almost impossible to return the items properly.

Then, after I still managed to send the return, they said they would only accept a local post office receipt (which doesn't make sense for international courier services like SF Express in China). This is just a series of deliberate obstacles to avoid responsibility.

This company is a fake I buy a Stanley cup $29 .99 on May 4th I got a confirmation email another my Stanley is on the way still have not received my cup. This company won’t give me my product or my money back that ate thief’s and I won’t stop till I get my money back and will reporte them to the BBB or the FCC

I ordered a Stanley cup that was beige with pink flowers on May 5th costing $46,I received a cup ( Not a Stanley cup at all) that was not even close to the design that I ordered on May29th, I emailed Bake Everything to let them know that there had been a mistake with my order, only to be offered a 10% discount in the form of a refund if I wanted to keep the cup or wait until the cup that I ordered to come back in stock to receive my order then return the one that they sent me by mistake.No Full Refund was offered.

Horrible company that sells fraudulent items. I purchased a name brand tumbler with the Stanley Logo and I got a knockoff. When I complained and asked for a refund or a reship they said NO, we sell our own brand -even though the pictures PROVE they are not what was ordered. This is a chinese shell company and all the reviews on their site are fake. (They claim 4.3 Trustpilot score on their website but look at the 1 star reviews here.)

How is this website operating? It is fraudulent! They claim to have limited edition Stanleys but they do not.
After 30 days or after you file a claim with paypal or your credit card company they overnight a cheap unmarked damaged tumbler they got from dollar tree or amazon. All of the reviews shown on their website are fake, the emails are generated from a 3rd party or AI and things ship from a random storage unit in NY. BEWARE!!!!

They showed you a video claiming they are sculpted from clear crystal but THEY ARE NOT. They are nothing like they are advertising they are cheap painted plastic coffee mugs. Therefore I am returning them for my money back.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything because everything that is in the reviews happened to me. They say my package was delivered, I said no it wasn't. I called postal office in town and gave the tracking number, they said that's not even a legit tracking number (I mean they work with tracking numbers all the time so they would know). I emailed the company and got told more than once that it was delivered and its the USPS problem. They eventually rerouted my emails to another department and I never got an email from them. I eventually called my bank and reported this purchase as fraud to get my money back. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WONT GET YOUR ITEM OR MONEY BACK!

I never received my order. They sent me an email with a track 17 SDH number to track. 3 weeks went by. Nothing. I wmail back, they send me the same info. Long story short, they are a fraud. I dont think they exist in China or Brampton, Ontario where the ad says they are. Google shows a residential area in CA. Im still working on bringing this fraudulent matter to the proper authorities.

First it took around 3 weeks to get it. Says stanley on picture of item I bought but received it and does not say stanley.

Company scams people. Ordered a cup that I never received and they keep insisting it was delivered. It was not delivered and the only thing they keep doing is sending me the tracking information. I just wanted my money back and they are blaming the US Postal Service!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are so sneaky!! I ordered a tumbler back in December 2024 for my daughter's Christmas gift and it was promised that it would be there in time for Christmas. Not only did it not come in time, it came more than a month later.

To make matters worse, it wasn't even the item I ordered! I ordered a rhinestone stone tumbler and there wasn't a single rhinestone. And when I went to return it, they said I had to pay for the shipping. Why is would I have to pay to send something back to that wasn't even what I ordered.

Finally, when I put in a credit card dispute, I couldn't locate the emails I had with them .... And then I realized it was because they use a completely different email domain so you can find it when looking back. Then you are missing evidence that most credit card companies ask for which is do evidence that you contact them.

They are an awful company.... Do not waste your hard earned money on a single one of their items!!!

This company is horrible. I bought Christmas presents and just received them and it's April. I already wrote a review on this but had to show the final products. They refused to refund me.

I am not happy with the product I purchased. I had ordered a cow print Stanley cup for my wife. It’s not even a Stanley cup for one and the print was horribly done and just looked cheap.
From the photos it shows a Stanley cup and when we got it. It was not even the cup that was shown on the photo. Not happy with this. It took about a month to get to us. I will never order from this company again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They say Stanley on their website and send some cheap metal cup that will probably give you cancer just by opening the package. They won't honor refund policy either.

This company is trash. Chinese company that does not stand by their refund policy. Deceptive product listing. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY!!

If I could give less than a 1 I would!!! The order arrived after 8 weeks. I ordered a rhinestone personalized mug. NOT ONE RHINESTONE IN SIGHT!!! It was very cheaply made and NOTHING like the picture advertised. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
