It went through PAYPAL and NOT refunded, not received and they DID respond to my email saying 'sorry its been too long, no refund'

Unfortunately I had the same experience as other viewers... Purchased the wood splitter Nov 2022 for a Christmas present which never arrived. Several emails to the company which promised it was coming but never arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a log splitter, which never arrived. They are to be avoided, scammers.

Well atleast I'm not alone. Out $$$ and no product - this is a scam site and it's so sad that they have done this to so many people. Ordered a Log splitter in January and it's now August.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES. THEY CHARGED MY PAY PAL $ 60.98 FOR AN EAGLE GARDEN STATUTE AND THEY KEPT ON LYING TO ME TELLING ME TO BE PATIENT AND THEN THEY TOLD ME THE PRODUCT SHIPPED AND THEY WILL CHECK WITH THE FREIGHT COMPANY....AND THEY WERE LYING TO ME ALL THE TIME AND THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND I GOT NOTHING....I AM GOING TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY TO SEE IF WE CAN SHUT DOWN THEIR CROOKED WEB SITE...TO EVERY BODY PLEASE DO NOT NUY ANYTHING FROM ANY NONE AMERICAN BASED COMAPNY. THE DATE IS AN ESTIOMATE DATE WHEM I PLACED THE ORDER

1 ster is al te veel voor deze bedriegers. Maar ja komt tenslotte uit China dus wat kan je verwachten. Zo een beetje alle adverteerders via onder andere Pinterest voldoen niet aan de verwachtingen. Of te laat of je krijgt helemaal niets geleverd.

Het is in mijn ogen de firma list en bedrog. Innen geld, vervolgens wordt pakketje niet geleverd, bij navraag is het bij de buren afgegeven hahahaha, moet je die wel hebben, dan beloven ze het om nogmaals op te sturen en vervolgeng gebeurt er weer niets. En zelfs nu krijg ik nog niet eens meer antwoord.

Ordered the wood splitter and automatic chick door in March 2023.

The items never arrived - was told they would be reshipped in 7 days and after 31 days it’s apparent I have been scammed. My credit was charged and no refund has been provided.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!!!

Another customer who they took money from and never received the wood splitter that was ordered. Emailed them and said they would resend, still not received, asked for refund and have gotten no response.

TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT RECEIVE PRODUCT I ORDERED. waited 4 months and now feel stupid for not checking reviews. FU HELKAY!

This company is bogus. Do not send them your money. My order never arrived although they said it had been delivered. They said they would reship. They didn't. I requested a refund. Of course they didn't refund me. These people are thieves Disgusting rip off merchants

Definitely a scam. They answered my first 3 emails and then stopped answering them. Do not buy anything from them. It was on Pinterest so I thought it was legit. NOPE it wasn't.

I would like an option for a zero star. Definitely a scam. I ordered a log splitter, delivery receipt said it was delivered to a location near me (but obviously not me). Contacted them several times, they said each time they would ship a new item. Nothing.

Oh my goodness...Same here. Ordered last year, October timeframe. Product supposedly shipped to Midland, TX, I'm in Midland, GA. Supposedly reshipped, but no tracking number or company or confirmation that it was actually sent. Fortunately, I got my money back from PayPal.

Well, here is another bad review. Placed order in December only to have them say that it was delivered. It was not delivered to me. I got in touch with them to let helkay know I did not receive. I asked for another delivery and and after 2 weeks they said they would re-send product. I got no order delivery tracking at all. I continued to try and get in contact with helkay. They finally got back to me and told me to be patient. I have been patient and still nothing. I have asked for a refund and no response from helkay. Do not, and I repeat, do not order anything from this company!

this company is a complete rip off. ordered on September 2022 and after numerous attempt's to get the seller to respond I tried to get paypal to take on this cheating company but they said i waited too long.
I am out over $60 and still do not have the flying eagle I ordered 7months ago........
